I am very disappointed with this company
I am very disappointed with my experience with Locauto.
I rented an Opel Astra Sports Tourer from Milan Malpensa (rental MM 27273, vehicle HB989WD). After returning the car, Locauto informed me that they had found a “serious scratch” on an alloy rim and immediately requested €310 (€240 for the damage + €70 administration/assistance fee).
I strongly dispute this charge. I did not cause this damage and there was no incident or collision involving the wheel during my rental.
What is particularly concerning is that I was told at pickup that photographs of the vehicle taken before my rental, while the car was being prepared/washed, would be sent to me. I never received those photographs. I have now asked Locauto to provide the pre-rental photographs, as well as the check-out and check-in documentation and the photographs of the alleged damage.
I am currently disputing the charge and waiting for Locauto to provide evidence that the damage was actually caused during my rental.
I would strongly recommend taking detailed photographs and videos of every wheel and every part of the vehicle before leaving the rental station, even if the staff tell you that the car has been checked.
I will update this review once Locauto responds to my dispute.

And the gave me used car with cracked and crashed lights and small car than I choose it , and the cost me 388 € for insurance I all ready paid it when I made booking in booking site 136€

The car was great! Wasn’t the car I ordered but it was as good and brand new and eco.
It was hard to communicate with Locauto and receive info and service prior the rental, and I still didnt get all the refund money and the accurate info about second driver.

You want to charge me for nothing. Your employee tried to gasloght me as if she sees a scratch and there was nothing. I will not go quietly about his.

Reverse camera broken / hidden fees
Reverse camera broken, excessive fee for car being returned 95% full without clear explanation when booking. Unlikely to use this service again. Left a bad taste on an otherwise great vacation.

Since I had an early flight, I had to drop off the car and key myself and it was very easy to navigate and find.
