The employees were very unfriendly
The employees were very unfriendly, especially the one to whom I returned the car. He didn’t want to send me confirmation that I returned the car, was arrogant and incompetent. I think they should fire him.

LocAuto Messina: easy pick up and easy return of the rental car
Easy to pick up the rental car and easy to return. The car had a few damages, but it was a great vehicle to explore Sicily for 12 days.
