Renting the car online was very easy. The staff was highly professional and quick to handle the paperwork. The car was new and very well-maintained. Pick-up was easy and drop-off was fast. I will definitely use their services again whenever I visit Italy.

This was our second time using Locauto, first in Lecce. The initial booking process was clear and very easy to follow. Rental administration and checking in / checking out were very efficient. Our car was very well presented. We were very appreciative of Daniel’s offer to call a taxi when we returned the car.

We dropped our car in Lecce a day earlier than planned . We just wanted to enjoy Lecce without a car at that point ! When we got to the Lecce office Daniel was so helpful with us and helped us /advised us to fill up the tank more or we’d get a penalty which we didn’t of course want ! So back out we went to fill up with the help of Daniel and his friend at the gas station ( it was not easy with our credit card at the gas station ) . We got it done and Daniel was so kind to us . Thank you for being so nice to us Americans in your country

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD ALL ROUND WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE VECHICLE WAS LATE ON PICK-UP. ALSO, WE WERE MADE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT BEFORE SEEING THE CAR WHEN IT ARRIVED NOT GIVING US ENOUGH TIME TO CJECK THE CAR WHICH WAS NOT AS EXPECTED. WE RECEIVED A NISSAN E-POWER X TRAIL INSTEAD OF SKODA ESTATE. ALSO, NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED REGARDING BASICS - START/STOP, AND AUTO SHIFT POR INSTRUMENT PANELS.

The representative from Lecce was a very kind to upgrade us to a new car for free. Everything else was great as well and we would recommend and use it again.

Highly recommend. Easy , efficient collect & drop service provided by Daniel at Locauto base in Lecce . New car in excellent condition provided. Easy walk from historical centre/ train station to Locauto . Any pre existing scratches on car clearly noted at collection point & absolutely no issues on drop off . Would use again .

All steps, from booking the car until returning it back wenr very smoothly. The car was great (we were upgraded, thank you) and relaible.
The only thing: returning the car at Bari Centrale was a bit challenging: the car park very full, and finding the key box for returning the key was by far not easy (just mentioning that the box is in the "office" doesn't sya what office - it is located in the room for ticket payment!). But everything else was perfect ...
