Renting a car here was so effortless. They are friendly, kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy. They don’t try to talk you into buying their insurance. They trust your decision. The car we reserved was the car we received and it was ready to go. Priscilla and Gaia were wonderful. We highly recommend renting from this car rental agency. You won’t regret it

Got exactly what we needed and the documentation did not take much time. As we return the vehicle exactly as instructed and in good condition, the process was entirely hassle-free. Very reliable service and would definitely recommend.

Easy booking, great experience
The website was easy to use for booking and changes. The team at the Ferrara location were so friendly and welcoming - they answered the phone when I called to let them know I’d be late and were very accommodating. Drop off at the Milan airport also went smoothly. Our VW Golf was in good condition. I appreciated having an automatic transmission and the ability to pay a little extra for a “No stress” return. Thank you!

Cars was in good state. Fully cleaned, paying the full insurance at desk permit to avoid blocking the waranty. Only thing, the QR code to rent in express mode don't work
