Helpful and efficient staff , no queues as at the other car rental counters and they didn’t do a hard sell on extra insurance which was a welcome change.

Easy to collect car , although only just made it as flight was delayed got to the rental place at Brindisi airport with 15 mins to spare before it closed. Return process was all easy no hassle .i took out the additional insurance through Zest when i booked the car.

Excellent experience! The staff member welcomed me with a smile and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Everything was completed in less than 10 minutes. As a wonderful bonus, I received a free upgrade and was the very first person to drive the car. Highly recommended!

Be careful if you don't have a joint account.
I have no complaints about the rental car itself, and the agency staff were very pleasant; the car was very new and ran well. However, I made the booking even though my husband was the one driving, yet we were required to register two drivers—incurring an extra cost of €125—even though I didn't drive at all. I do not understand why the driver has to be the cardholder !!!

These terms state that the main driver must be the credit card holder. Tha check-in at Brindisi airport was easy and very quick, We got our car in less than 30min. Dropping the car was also very easy and we had no problem with the car for the entire 2 weeks we rented it.

4th time with Locauto. They may be slightly more expensive than some but the quality in customer service is worth it. A real pleasure to deal with their polite, professional and enthusiastic staff.
