Very straightforward process and reliable staff that go the extra mile for their customers.
Our flight was delayed and we just made it to the rental desk at Brindisi airport prior to closure and the desk assistant could have not been more accommodating.
The two cars we hired were as we expected based on our booking.
The return of the cars was equally as straightforward and stress free.
We would highly recommend Brindisi Airport's Locauto Group and would definitely use them again ourselves.

I had chosen level of insurance, but was asked to choose another one, of course more expensive. And i was asked to choose automatic gearbox of course also more expensive, in sted of manual which was my choice,
I was in a hurry, and the questions took time, but overall i am very pleased with Locauto.

Car was very basic compared to what we had rented from Budget earlier in the month but got us to where we had to go thankfully with my Apple car play.

The team is great, both in Brindisi and Bari!
I didn’t give a 5-star rating because I was really disappointed by the €42 late-arrival fee. That represents a 25% increase on the total price I paid for a 6-day rental!
Our flight was delayed and, although the team kindly waited for us until 11:20 p.m. — knowing that we had booked and already paid for the car — we still had to pay an additional €42 just because the flight arrived late.
This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this practice with a car rental company, and I find it quite unfair, especially when the delay is completely beyond the customer’s control.
I’ve never had to pay that with any other car hire company. So I’ll avoid Locauto when I have an evening flight to avoid any additional charges in the event of flight delays beyond my control.
Apart from that, the team and the service were excellent.
