We had a great experience with this car rental company! Our internet was not working, so we were unable to find the rental office. Their representative called us, brought the car directly to us, and even took us to a Telekom store to help solve our internet problem. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

I picked up the car very quickly upon arrival at the airport. I inspected the vehicle with the rental agent; it was in fairly good condition with only a few minor dents. A €100 cash deposit was required. Since the rental agent couldn’t pick up the car at the airport, he called a colleague to return the deposit to me in front of my hotel on the day of departure. The rental agent was very honest and trusted the customer. The vehicle was returned to the airport parking lot with the keys left inside. A very satisfying experience.

Car was perfect for an active vacation in Georgia (country). The rates for the rental are fair. Perfect and easy communication, before actually renting the car, also during the rental period and last day when we were driving the car to the airport. Friendly staff and owner. Please rent your car here, where the people need the money to make a living by doing their job properly. Do not fill the pockets of the big rental corporations, they already have too much. Within just 2 minutes I booked a rental car via the website, I received a confirmation-call of the rental company discussing the details. All of the timings were well-respected and not a single bad thing can be said about this service. Compared to conventional big-brand car rental companies, this service is much faster and no 'hidden' costs etc. Definately recommend this to anyone looking to rent a car!

The price and service were both amazing.
The price was so good, I had to question them. They immediately answered and removed my concerns. Upon arrival in Madeira, I called the number given, 5 minutes later, a very professional, friendly man arrived and drove us to our car hire (we could have walked but he insisted on helping us). The car was great and perfect for our holiday. An incredible service and price. I will always use and recommend them from now on. 100%

Great experience
At first, I was skeptical because they offered the lowest car rental prices in Sofia, Bulgaria. However, everything went perfectly. I was able to pay the remaining balance with my preferred credit card after notifying them. They even called me the day before to confirm my arrival and let me know they would pick me up at the airport. I would definitely use them again!

This company communicates well and provides assistance promptly when needed.
Be aware that it subcontracts through smaller local rental companies. These companies can vary in quality. Ours was cash only, so I ended up carrying a large amount of cash around to pay for the rental. I guess this is more common in Europe than the US. On the whole, it was a good experience.
