It's one of those sites where you pay to play online

If you don't expect anything else and if you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth - fine! Otherwise it's going to lead to frustration and a big waste of money. I've been having date by date via FlingAF.com
I finally found a platform that works just as it should work. Check it out before you waste another penny on Local Fling or another fraudulent site. By the way when you sign up for LocalFling they automatically add a fee from their sister site. It's not too much but still it's still a pet peeve. I'm sick and tired of this scam.

Update. 204000 FAKE profiles and growing daily.

Update.
The site was updated Sept 2020. It now clearly shows the FAKE profiles. They have an "angel heart" icon next the name on the profile, this has pop-up that says physical meeting is not possible. This must have been imposed on the site by the card payment service.
The update merged some other database of 80,000+ fake profiles. These are all in your area, they are in every area except Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. They "move" to match whatever area the user is searching in.
There are less than 100 female profiles that do not have a fly out message on the "angel heart" icon. There are still profiles with e-mail address in about test that will want you verify by entering credit card to a webcam site. You will be robbed!

Busted - SCAM

Agreed, I decided to take a screen snip of one of the women on YourLocalFling. Tineye found her image on various sites as a horny MILF. Whether this is really her or not, impossible to say, But the found images were a few years old. Also, I put specific comments in my profile to see if any would repeat or reference what I said. Nope. My guess is that the girls/women get paid by the amount we spend on the site. Also, many have awkward grammar, suggesting non-native English speakers.

Your local fling is nothing but a scam…

Your local fling is nothing but a scam site. You'll never get to meet any if the women on there. I live in Illinois, US. The only reason the site is there is to take money from lonely horny men by leading them on that who they are talking to is as horny as they are and will drop everything and go and have sex with them. This won't happen, ever. I was stupid amd spent 4 hours and like $60.00 talking with someone who just kept coming up with excuse after excuse as to why she couldn't meet up with me. It's almost as bad as going to the strip bar. The ladies there won't go home with you no matter how much you spend on them. It's their job to get your money.

All Female Profiles Are FAKE. Says so in clause 8.4 of the terms of use.

Read the ruddy splash screen and Clause 8.4! It's not "some" it's 99.99%. You will get 20-30 fake "want your d**k" messages per day. There are a very few female profiles that are not owned by the site (can only be found by scripted web scraper as on page 600+ of search results), These "real females" are mainly guys finding out that any woman that makes it past the porn montage on the signup screen also gets the exact same "need a d**k" messages from the fake women as guys get. Tineye finds most of the porno profile photos are 8 to 10 years old. About 0.001% are some sort of scam, They manage to post an e-mail address on their profile (I assume sites admin help), try this and your profile text gets edited or deleted, put e-mail addr in the user id and your account is deleted. This scam e-mail plays it robotic-ally cool but eventually wants you to put credit card details in a web cam site to "verify yourself".
Also goes by other names onlinfuckfinder.com, mysteryflirt.com.

Very poor website, no customer support.

Very poor website, very badly programmed. No customer support, so there is no reason to use this site. There are many sites out there offering much better service. Save your money, it's going to cost you £1.50 per message for what, this way too expensive.

This is actually the worse site I have…

This is actually the worse site I have ever been on. I got less credits than what I was really paying for. The women I spoke to were really just cyber robots that were being use to scam me. Some of the women I spoke were tried to get me to enter my credit card details into a fake identification website.
None of these women were really genuine at all.

This site is a complete waste of time and money!! I won't be returning back to it anytime soon that's for sure.
Whoever created that site obviously just thought it was funny to rip everyone off.

I lost a lot of money through the use of that site, money that I'll never be able to get back ever again. So the only thing I would say to anyone considering using this site is, don't even waste your time with it, because it's all just a scam!!

Fantasists and sofa loafers

Never have I met such a number of sofa loafers and time wasters.
I'm quite convinced that many advertisers are employed 'teasers'.
With the number of banal messages zipping backwards and forwards I'm sure the website owners show a larger profit than owning a Texas oil well..!

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, totally fraudulent site. I live in a small town with 2000-2500 females on electoral register, within 7 weeks i had 5000 women message me, multiple profiles with same photos. You cannot give email or address or places to meet it all gets blocked, so you can talk for weeks just putting money in their account and get nothing except more frustrated!
Have just received email off of local fling admitting that fake profiles will converse with you.

I would say definitely fraudulent

I would say definitely fraudulent. My husband, who has an addiction to these sort of websites but is too stupid to remember our tablets are linked through Google play and forgot not a good idea to check the "remember my password" box if it's supposed to be a secret dating app, recently signed up to it and wasted £65 of our money. When I started getting alerts flash up on my tablet I hacked his account and put an honest but really awful profile that no one in their right minds would ever go for a) already married if you're looking for a serious relationship and b) impotent if you're looking for sex, and the girls just kept adding him regardless. My advice would be avoid.

The same opinion as all the other …

The same opinion as all the other reviews. I kept chatting to this girl for a while (a full week) that said she liked me and my photo and that she trust me, when I asked for us to chat trough email (that is safe way) she said that the website was safer and "didn't wanted to share that kind of information". Totally fake... And better forget the money you spent as it is gone and you won't get a refund.

DO NOT JOIN THIS "FAKE" SITE AS YOU …

DO NOT JOIN THIS "FAKE" SITE AS YOU WILL NEVER MEET ONE SINGLE MEMBER!! When l first joined this site l thought it was too good to be true - it was!! After a couple of weeks, and lots of credits, l started to become suspicious. The so called "members" were starting to make errors about who they were and where the actually lived and also what they were saying didn't match their profiles. One said she was a Widow and then mentioned to me that her Husband was rubbish in bed! Once l was on the "case" it was easy to catch all the fakes out. There are 1000's of fake profiles and l really wonder if " Local Fling" are acting illegally by "Identity Theft" of peoples photos to gain money? They said in their T&C's that this an "Entertainment Site" and can't guarantee all profiles are genuine - really!!! I asked for a refund of my credits and they declined so that's why l have written this review to protect you. Local Fling will probably closed and then start up again under another name. I think l have"accidentally" signed up to another of their sites but not paid anything as it looks fake also.

F for Fake

Fake hookup site, fake profiles. As the other reviewers have written, they charge £1.50 per message. One profile took it further by giving me a gmail address to contact directly. I gave a yahoo address that I made up just to see how far the their charade would go. The profile in question purported to be from my area however, there was an eight hour time difference in the message sent/received? After the profile asked me to go to a site to be credit card certified as being a genuine person??! I questioned the profile about the time disparity and I was told to “f*** off, you f****** liar! Don’t message me again!” Do yourselves a favour guys, give this online, pseudo, hookup, scammer site a wide berth.
