Rude lady
Oh my God, the lady who runs this company is sooooo rude, its hilarious! So I booked her a few weeks ago. She said 9am on the 12th Dec, I agreed. I text her on the 11th Dec (day before) and she messaged she can't do 9am but could do after 2pm. I messaged to ask if she was going to let me know of this change as I would have had to rush back from the school run. Well, that was it!! The woman lost her rag...this was her message to me: "I don't need attitude from you I am 4 staff down a morher seriously I'll do excuse me if I changed the time if you don't want our service I suggest you find some one else I was going to say I might have a slot at 11 40 but will not be spoken to like this people think cleaners are desperate I earn more than a lot of people, I am so sick of customers talking down at us"
I was so shocked, so I replied "I'll just cancel and use another company. Messages can be misconstrued, and clearly, my message has been. I in no way conveyed you're desperate and don't earn good money".
She continued to be rude, saying, "Yes best wishes we are busy very good at what we do I am very glad I we didn't do the service for you not a nice person not even human
Good luck is time of yr finding a oven cleaner I have a lovley customer in the morning and got manners clearly you don't have them"
I honestly will be is shock for the next few days as to how this escalated. I only wish I could post a screenshot of this conversation. Thank goodness I didn't use this company. 😅
