The owner of this store actually went viral for a bad reason, she has since deleted her apology video. Basically she demanded her child to have the window seat from a stranger but she didn’t buy the seat at all. When the poor lady refused, she posted about her online. She has since deleted and blocked all negative comments on her official instagram. I will not support a business where the owner is an entitled mom.

I purchased a custom ring. One of the stones was clearly chipped. It was a $400 piece and took 9 weeks to receive. I expected much higher quality. I left a review on the ring with photos of the flaw and it still hasn’t shown up as a review under the product. I do feel like they are purposefully not posting negative reviews, or delete them.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I ordered 3 rings for here totalling over £800 and received them all on time and they’re beautiful. Glad I forgot to check reviews first as I may have been put off! But I am very happy and would recommend this company.

Absolute waste of money. Do not buy from them. I received my ring which had a black baguette style and gold - all complete plastic. Even the ring itself is plastic. I am disgusted because it was not cheap. Do NOT buy from them!

Ordered £150 worth of stuff to be delivered to the UK. Nowhere on the site does it say import tax is not included. Now I have had a call from DHL saying I owe £56 to have it delivered! Luckily I paid with PayPal so I am refusing to pay 1/3 of the item value and will just claim my purchase back via PayPal. Avoid. Scammers.

Cheap! Not sterling silver, pretty sure it’s not real moonstone, but plastic made to look like moonstone. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Such a waste of money. I’m sure it’ll turn my finger green by tomorrow. So disappointing!

I just threw my money away. I didn’t even wear the necklace for two weeks, and the color has already faded and turned black. What a waste of money, and I will never buy anything from your site again. You can fool people once, but not a second time.

Very poor craftsmanship. I bought 3 gold solid pieces (a set) ar the end of October. 3 weeks after receiving the pieces, I've noticed that the stone on the necklace was chipped (as I contacted them past a certain date, they couldn't give me a refund, but they gave me a voucher). Then in December, I lost 1 earring (huggie type) as the backing for a bit loose. We're now in June, and I've noticed the stone on the ring is chipped. I really take care of my jewellery. I very regularly purchase new, pre loved and vintage jewellery and I've never had any problems before. Then, I buy 3 pieces from Local Eclectic and they all break within 8 months.
The communication, shipping and customer service are overall pretty good. It's very fast shipping and customer service is really responsive. It's a shame that their products are not good quality. I wouldn't recommend Local Eclectic.

I was quite scared to order from this site after seeing the terrible reviews, but I really loved the item.
I live in the UK, the item arrived within 4 days of placing the order - no issues at all, no surprise custom payments, sent with DHL which works very well around my area and I was able to follow the parcel.
Item is lovely, exactly as the photo and as described on the site and I am extremely happy with it.

Local electric deserves a higher rating, I've had good quality jewlery from here, the shipping is fast, and packaging is great, the difference in quality depends on the designer. Local electric doesn't make the jewlery, they sell independent designers jewlery.

I just love their jewelry so much. It’s very affordable, mostly gold-plated (although they do offer a higher tier line of products that are real gold), but lasts really long and doesn’t tarnish. Their description of materials used in each piece is crystal clear as to what you’re receiving. They have so many designers with different styles, and I’ve gotten complimented on everything I’ve ordered from them. So many of the “trendy jewelry” sites advertised on IG are drop-shipping from the same source and arent really the best quality, so I’m always hesitant when I find a site like LE on there. However, I’m so happy I found them and will continue to shop here!

I really don’t understand these ratings on trustpilot.
I bought a necklace in 9kt gold from LE. The quality is nice, the design is cute (already got a lot of compliments by random people) and the price was fair.
The shipping was quick, they calculated the customs and tax at checkout, so i wouldn’t have to deal with that. Also they responded to my DM on Instagram within 24 hours.
Overall a really good experience, so I was really surprised to see these reviews. I don’t recognize it at all!

I wish I had looked these reviews up before purchasing. For two years, I had been eyeing there stuff but never made a purchase because we weren’t leaving the house much due to the pandemic. Finally put their stuff on my December birthday/Christmas wishlist with my family. I got three rings, the Prima Cuban Link, the birthstone/birth month flower and the firefly. The firefly one was easily the best looking in person, even though the fake gold is very yellow. The Cuban link looks so incredible cheap, I’m embarrassed to wear it. I feel bad because my husband got it for me, but it looks like it’s something you’d get in a claw machine.

I bought my items over a year ago and it’s still good. I think that people no longer understand how much things cost and expect things for a lot lower. I’m in retail and can understand why their prices are the way they are. Also no issues with shipping and plan to buy a second set of rings this week.

$120 for a Venetian Opal ring and one of the diamonds fell out within 2 months. The Opal and diamonds were dull. Couldn’t even get a refund, just store credit.

Not sure why Local Eclectic has negative reviews – this website has such nice trendy jewelry, both gold-plated and solid gold. I bought the earring surprise box and was delighted! It also came super quick (US to UAE). The earrings I got were super cute, no dents or scratches or anything. 10/10 will buy again!

I got "flashed" at the Chicago location and it was definitely not what I was expecting. The images on their website made it appear as if it was an experience where you could drink walk around and shop. I drove 45 minutes into the city, had to pay for parking, and then walked around trying to find the little pop up. Really hard to find and there's no way you could just "walk in" as you had to be buzzed in. The workers were friendly, but the place was so small with maybe had two boxes of other products to look at. The actual placement of the bracelet was very quick and then you were done. I got the "twist" style which is very small and dainty but not the smallest option. I was surprised at the prices as I was expecting it to be a bit thicker for 140$. There were no bathrooms on cite and no close public bathrooms. I just decided to wait and drove the 45 minutes back home. If you live in Chicago and have a free hour on your lunch break or something and can walk there, then that would be the only reason to go.
