My mechanic was early he got the job done quickly I was satisfied with the work he did!

While I paid $9.99 for a list of 8 local mechanics and only 3 were truly in and/or willing to service my area, the mechanic who came to do the work was top tier. JAMAL DUNN is, by far, one of the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. He is friendly, knowledgeable, well experienced and most of all honest in business. He arrived promptly with all the tools & devices necessary to diagnose and fix the problem. He simply & thoroughly explained the issue with the car, fixed the problem and was done in under an hour. A pleasant, positive experience and I highly recommend him & would do business with him again.

I tried to replace my brake pads in my car never having tried it before. I successfully did one side but couldn't get the other side done so I was a little apprehensive about someone wanting to come in to finish up something I started. William was professional friendly and prompt. I not in my wildest dreams had imagined he would not only be able to finish the job the very day that we spoke on the phone but that he did it so quickly. It was clear he was knowledgeable about his trade and was able to relay appropriate information in a way that was understandable to regular Joe. If and when the need arises I will be calling upon his services again.

No service and took my money

Charged me NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Chat does not work—calling does not work. This site is a scam for money. Never got a final invoice of what they supposedly did. It was a simple tire repair which of coarse was not done. And they said they came at 11 pm NOT!!! Again scam DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! Period!! They sent an email stating I would not be charged until the work was done. My appointment was for Saturday morning. I texted saying mechanic never showed. They said it was for Sunday morning . I show him a screen shot of my appointment date and time. After that no communication period through the chat emails or texts. I request either tell me if and when a mechanic is coming or refund my money. Because the charge did get deposited out of my bank even though a mechanic never came. Terrible communication and very shady company to do business with. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!

SCAM! They charged 1200 for service. Said it was be a hold until the work was done. Charged up front. Delayed the service. Then ghosted. No contact since. Call their number, it's an automated message saying they're busy and someone will get back to you. TOOK $1200 and never contacted again. They scam a ton of people. They scam their mechanics too according to lots of other reviews. Tell me, Local Auto Solutions, what's up? You have snarky responses to others on here.

Did great work worked on eveybtjng fast

The guys did a great job trying to figure out why my truck wasn’t starting, they even stayed til 9 pm the first night trying to figure it out and came back the next day and got it running.

They charged my account when they said they wouldn’t and never came to do the work and now they don’t want to answer to refund my money and now my account is overdrawn I would never ever use them ever

I scheduled an appointment with them to come and repair my car at my home on October 19th. They didn't show up. They didn't answer my calls or emails, and they took over $300 from my account. They are scammers.

The mechanic was quick and efficient.
