Horrible. Wanted to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size. I was told I’d have to
Pay for the exchange. They offered me a 25% code off my next purchase instead of shipping back. Since they’re based in Netherlands they said it’d be too expensive too ship back? They fought me on the return. Disappointed in this company return policy’s. Horrible business

After having the ring for 3 months I noticed my finger turning green and the gold ring turning into a different colour.
On the website it says you wil have a lifetime guarantee, if u have any problems but they won't replace it.
I have mailed them and the only offer 20% off for the next order.

After that i have gotten no email back
