Will never use lob again. I'm waiting for my contract to expire and moving all our mailings away from lob because of petty buisness practices.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. Had a few questions about their mailing service. Sent out an email and also provided my number. Not only did they go above and beyond by giving me a call back and answering all my question, but they also replied to my email asking if I need anymore assistance. When I asked them more question, not only were they informative but also got back to me super quick. Genuinely happy with their overral customer service. I will definitely use them when I send out post cards.
