I couldn't believe how fast the lender I worked with gave me a loan estimate within the day I first communicated with him. He helped me filled out most of the questions via telephone call (vs. filling out the application onlline)..That was so helpful and it certainly saved me a lot of time.

Loanflight is a company that I can get behind, because they help me get what I needed to other things on my to- do list coming up done with no problem I would use them again if I needed to.

He was quick, thorough, and persistent. I mean persistent in a good way. If he had not pushed back a little on my mortgage choice. It would have cost me $900 more for the same deal he gave me. Professional, knowledgeable, the man!

I went through the entire process with an average amount of documentation asked for to get a fairly average rate, and literally the day of closing they tried to hit me with a several hundred dollar charge that had never been disclosed until that day. The charge was supposedly for "locking the rate", which turned out to be unnecessary because new rates were already at or below the old rate.

Either way, I went to a different lender and got a better rate with less fees. LoanFlight is OK if you want to deal with condescending contacts and hidden fees - but I'm sure you can do better.

Thus far the process has been seamless and easy.

I found the loan officer very helpful. I did get a rather bullying text message from someone asking for all my paperwork. It had only been a few days so I felt the tone was off putting and made me not want to respond. I then did respond with a question and heard nothing back. Great way to bully and not have the courtesy to respond.

They contacted me very quick and kept me up to date on the process. The technology also made it very easy. I knew exactly what was needed from us and knew where we were at in the process.

I was excited to find a mortgage refinance provider with positive reviews. I got more or less the exact same rate quotes from a variety of providers, so this is what I made my determination on. I have been extremely disappointed since. First, I was told I had a 45 day rate lock, right before my family started a holiday, and then got an “URGENT” email saying I had to take action within 3 days or that lock would end. This email included neither the date & time by which I had to act nor the actions required to keep my rate. Then I got a message saying my appraisal would be considerably more than the quote I received. Finally, and absolutely worst, the rate I believed I had locked in was moved unless I added more than $4k in “points”. Not a single one of these was well communicated. I have no idea if I’m an outlier or this is their business practice, but I’ve been exceptionally disappointed in my experience to date.

I had never heard of Loanflight.com before working with them. The process was seamless and their online platform is straightforward. They had great rates, communicated well, and they kept me informed immediately if more information was needed. I liked how they showed you the progress you made with each step toward closing. I would definitely use them in the future..

Communication was poor, initial conversations did not align with actual process. Rate hike in less than 4 hours after application, only to THEN be given a courtesy rate hold, but not before.

This company is not a company i would ever recommend doing business with. Angela doesn’t communicate well. Andrew disappeared even after being asked by Angela to reach out to me…he never did.

I worked with David Nicholas and he was fantastic. He was very easy to work with and on top of all my information. He made it a very smooth process overall and would recommend him.
