I was in Dubai when I ordered the shoes for delivery the next Day. Unfortunately I made a mistake. I called Locke customer services who immediately rectified my mistake. I arrived in the UK early the following morning. My lovely new British made shoes were delivered at 11am.

Fantastic service. Excellent product

I enjoy buying from Loake. Their boots are well made, reasonably priced and built to last. Delivery is always smooth and speedy and the boots are always nicely presented in their cotton bags.

I am extremely disappointed with Charlotte Neil in your customer service team. She clearly has little product knowledge or understanding. It could have been a simple task of sending a replacement lace in the post. However she wanted the pair of shoes returned, when there was nothing wrong with them. This would unnecessarily cost Loake more in time and postage. I did not have time to wait for this ridiculous process, as I bought the shoes for my holiday.

Easy to use website.
Simple system and does as stated.
Product arrived on time and packaged safe.
Shoes were great and fit as per width ordered.
Will use again.

Very disappointing experience with Loake.

I received a pair of £319 boots that were clearly damaged, yet they had been signed off as having passed quality control. This alone is unacceptable for a brand positioned at this level.

As a result, I had to go through the inconvenience of arranging a return and ordering a new pair myself. What is most surprising is that no effort was made to rectify the situation properly—no replacement arranged, no complimentary next-day delivery, and no form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

While the refund was processed, this simply returns the customer to the starting point and does not address the disruption caused by the company’s mistake. From a brand like Loake, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and accountability.

Very poor customer service overall, and a disappointing experience.

I bought a leather hold-all weekend bag. It must have been a couple of years ago, after 4 uses the piping at the base came out of the bottom and Loake exchanged the bag.

I’ve had the replacement bag a couple of years but literally used it probably 12 times maximum. The bag looks immaculate because of the lack of use, but the pipelining one of the corners at the base has come out again, exactly the same as the first bag. The quality is truly shocking.

The bag looks beautiful but it’s just fallen apart with no use whatsoever.

Unfortunately Loake are not interested in helping. I can’t find my receipt I went to the shop that I bought it and they are not interested.

After many years a customer, countless shoes and accessories, I won’t be returning. Poor service and terrible quality, such a shame from what was once a good brand.

Prompt efficient service. Reminiscent of how companies treated their customers back in the day. Traditionally made shoes with a emphasis on quality.
Worth every penny they cost.

Loake shoes are the best.Beautifully made and comfortable.Ordered their Tree Shoes which were dispatched on same day and arrived on confirmed date.

I have bought many Loake shoes and have several pairs now. I ordered a size 8 as usual but although they showed 8, they were clearly a 10 or 11 shoe.

Fantastic service, ordered the shoes on a Friday, shoes delivered on the Saturday by Royal Mail. As ever the shoes are a quality product.
