Impeccable Service and Quality
I sent my boots to Loake for a full sole and heel repair. The service advisor discussed sole options with me over the phone as I was looking for a more durable material. Once agreed, I filled in the form, paid for the service and sent the boots to Loake. They came back to me earlier than I had anticipated in perfect condition. For a moment I thought they were new boots. I waited a good few months to write this review so I could comment on durability which so far appears to be an immense improvement. Thanks for the top service. I know where to come when I need them repaired again.
