We make ridiculously comfy sofas and beds and lovely laid-back homewares to help people lead happier, more relaxed lives. We're champions of comfort and craftsmanship and use old-school know-how to make our wares. In fact, all our sofas and upholstered beds are made right here in Blighty. We've got a choice of over 150 kicked back colours across nine feel-good fabrics. You can help yourself to free swatches on our website. Don't forget to swing by one of our slowrooms to rest-test our range or give our team of Loafers a call, we're always happy to help.

Staff were extremely helpful and proactive in tracking down a second set of chest of drawers at another branch that allowed us to buy a pair in the sale.

It took us 3 visits to decide which was important as the first visit I thought I wanted the slow riser but then had a sit on the Groover and was sold, just colour to sort which Emma gave us the big swatches to take home and we knew what colour looked best (loaf should do this all the time imo) we haven’t received our new purchases yet but I’d like to thank the team at Redbrick Mill loaf Shack. Emma and Jonjo were fantastic in answering questions I had and as a salesman myself I felt very informed about the materials, the technology, the delivery and install process along with funding options and the Loaf warranty. Having a 3yr old and trying to do some shopping can be tricky but hats off to the loaf shack and how it’s presented, there were games and treats for her which kept her occupied. Having looked at beds and sofas in the past the traditional high street shops did nothing for me, loaf is different and different is good. You get a real feel
For how it will look in the home and also accessorised to give you more of an idea of add ons. In regard to what loaf can do better then I think a cool feature would be to see the progress of your new sofa or bed being built on a time line, little bit like Dominoes. Apart from that I look forward to my sofa and bed and I will be back. :)

Quick delivery of my order and very well made cushion. I chose the wrong size but it fits perfectly in a different chair so I'm keeping it!

The Loaf sofas are all lovely, but size and colour are important decisions to be made. Laura at Redbrick was great. She spent time helping me to make the decision and coordinating a footstool too.

We have visited Loaf in Bristol a couple of times trying to g to decide on some sofas and dining room furniture.
The shop is great, well laid out with plenty of choice. It’s a very low pressure, relaxing experience which we found very conducive to purchasing.
We were served by Nicole and I would suggest you search her out if you go there as she is fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable and a really nice lady. She has been trained very well (well done Loaf) and she seems to really enjoy her job and believe in the products - very refreshing change from other stores.
We will definitely be back and definitely be purchasing when the time comes.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

I bought the Sleepover Floor Cushion (60x180x13) in February this year and have used it only a couple of times. The cushion is too narrow and far too firm, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. The pillows also keep slipping because of its hardness. A waste of money.

I spent £4K!! on a new sofa from Loaf in 2022.
Four years on and I can’t even sit on them, they loose feathers by the handfuls everyday, you can’t wash them, they have completely distorted were you sit and need to re plump them every single time. Also they absorb humidity in the air and have become smelly and mouldy in places!!!
They arnt lined properly and you get stabbed by duck feathers.
Such waste of a lot of money, and warranty is only one year.
Awful value for money and sadly I am having to repurchase new ones.

The staff (two Alans at Edinburgh branch) were so helpful . Nothing was a problem to bring different styles of chairs together for us to compare and try! Also they have an extensive range of fabrics & colours to choose from and gave us samples to see how they would look in our own home. Nothing was too much trouble.

Sophie, Edinburgh Shack, listened to our requirements and made great suggestions for consideration. An excellent experience.

Customer service in store was impeccable - staff are incredibly knowledgeable of the products and made us feel so comfortable and welcome in store. I felt no obligation to purchase but found inspired with the help of the sales team to envision my dream sofa and footstool in my home. Measured, colour-matched to my space, and confident in what I was buying I was excited to make my purchases, thanks to the team at Solihull! A wonderful experience!! My tiny GSD also relished in the fusses from the team - thank you!

Was fine except the delivery lead time. I think that should be more prominent. Not sure I would have naught it if I knew I now could wait 2 months.

I had seen what I wanted online, I went into the Chiswick store and the staff were so helpful, they answered my questions and put through my order for me. Looking forward to my sofa and chair arriving.

The staff were very helpful. The initial member of staff gave us the information we needed in order to browse through the range of sofas, in our own time, and make an informed choice. There was a thorough range of options to choose from. The second member of staff helped us to make sure we were selecting the right size and configuration for our available space and then completed the order for us. We never felt pressured and enjoyed the experience.

Easy to order the sofa and easy to book in delivery. We ordered from the outlet which gave us a lot more flexibility for delivery times after not having a completion date. This is my second sofa with loaf, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The ease of navigation through the website and the updates on the delivery made the whole experience easy. I loved the choice and quality of the products and I'm looking forward to putting the cushions out and recommending the brand to friends. I'm so pleased with my new cushions
