Four things turned up on time and great - two things never made it. Have emailed three times and left two voicemails and no one has replied. EIther this is a bit of a dodgy place, or they've had a go... See more

I placed an order on 12th April 2025 for a bulk bag of stone - it is now the 24th April, 2025 and despite several emails, phone calls, messages left i have had no confirmation of my order, no indication that anything is coming and now their telephone inbox is full so you cannot even leave a message. I have now put in a claim with the bank to get my money back - what time wasters !! Do not bother with this company - our project is now well and truly delayed and more out of pocket having to delay our contractors.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They do not do what they advertise. I’ve ordered my stones on a 3-5 day delivery. Been nearly 2 weeks and I’m yet to receive my order. I’ve had zero communication from them. I can’t even contact them. I’ve tried the phone number, the email address and the online chat. No success. I repeat.
DO NOT USE THEM

No emails, no call as promised, no numbers that work, still no delivery, no response….
If anyone has successful contact addresses I would be obliged to receive. I have a Brookes Rise address.
emailed to ask where is my order. Expected a delivery a week ago - nothing so far. Emailed them - no reply. Phoned them - answerphone. Can't leave a message because inbox is full. I'm thinking I may have been scammed - wish I'd seen all these negative reviews before I put my order in. Can't believe how many awful reviews this company has. Be warned do NOT go near Loads of Stone.
What a horrendous company!!!!!!! Be very careful and think about placing an order .
When order placed delivery stated 3-5 days
Made contact day 5 got automated response
Tried for next 3 days to ring to use chat service and email with everything ignored .
What company dosent reply to emails, chat service or emails .
Purchased elsewhere now and delivered within 3 days .
Joke of a company
Ordered on the 5th of April with a 5day delivery window, it’s now the 15th and still no delivery date! Customer service in nonexistent, they don’t care telling me they in the yard might be collected today might not. Then I need to wait for palletways to contact me for a delivery date. This company does not care, avoid
I placed an order on April 3 and paid £149.03. I got no acknowledgment and as of today, April 15, I have had no communication whatsoever. I have tried using WhatsApp, messaging, messages on website, and phoning several times a day. On most occasions, after a laborious message, I am told no message can be left as the box is full. I was able to leave a message on one occasion but have had no response. !!!!!!!
I was expecting about a 5 day delivery wait but there is now a banner on their website saying 7 to 10 working days. After 8 working days I tried to call to see if our delivery could be expedited.
Phone not answered numerous times and message service full, so no way to speak to anyone.
Sent text. No reply.
Messaged on chat. Reply was that delivery is 7 to 10 working days but no suggestion as to when our gravel might be delivered.
Need the gravel for the weekend so looked elsewhere, delivery available from Thursday onwards! Ordered and booked for Friday. Done and dusted.
Have cancelled order with Loads of Stone. Terrible customer service.
Having thrown my toys out of the pram Loads of Stones emailed me and offered to deliver today.
Gravel has now been delivered so all well. Would have been nice to have been a smoother transaction.

Don't believe the delivery times from their website...Their delivery target is to get it out of their own door, and they failed at that in the time they specified .. No communication was answered after the point of dispatch. Had to track my load down by emailing queries to Palletways( the courier), also ignored my written messages until I got through by telephone, at which point they were very responsive, I had to ask for my delivery to be booked into their own schedule (they didn't know what Loadsofstone had specified as delivery to their customer, me!). In all took 10 working days, 5 to 8 days late!

We ordered stones from this company, wrong order delivered, after 3 days of constant phonecalls from me, and E Mails, I have not heard a word from them. They do not answer phone calls, call back or reply to E Mails.....dont use them.
I ordered 1700 kilos of ornamental stone as this company was cheaper than all others. Stones delivered very quickly on pallets. Delivery guy was lovely fella and stones were perfect. I am delighted.
Quality of product is great. Have ordered from them twice now. They need to change on their website that orders arrive within 3-5 days as they don't. Communication could improve. If your order hasn't turned up, be patient, mine was 7 days later than expected.
Excellent communication and very helpful over the phone ..placed order on the 12th September phoned on the 16th asked for delivery delivery by the 18th September actually received on the 17th September Tuesday..1 day after the phone call ..maybe if people were more polite they may get treated as they wish to ...thank u team at loadsof stone ..
I ordered 40mm green slate bulk bags for my client on a next day delivery (for an additional cost ) as Iwas on a tight schedule, consequently the order didn’t arrive, tried contacting them by phone numbers provided but none of them actually worked so I emailed,
My delivery turned up after several days which was long before I got a response from loads of stone who promised me a refund of next day delivery charges , I’m still waiting, I turned up to start laying the slate only to find the slate size was not 40 mm but 80 to 150 mm so again tried contacting them but to no avail, . The slate was dropped middle and front of driveway meaning my client could not use it , my client had to eventually succumb to keeping the oversized slate ,
Totally will not use this Mickey Mouse company ever again,

product never arrived, no response to emails and neither of the phone numbers work.
Total waste of time and money
DO NOT USE!
Zero communication. gravel arrived late and in big lumps not 40mm ordered. bogus phone number. DO NOT USE
I ordered a sample of garden pebbles, but I have never received it or received any responses to my emails.
In a way, I am glad I didn't place a full order. I think I dodged a bullet there.
So, the stones do eventually arrive, but despite having a very swanky website, it seems they didnt have any money left over to hire any customer service people! Phone number doesn't work. Didn't respond to emails. But remarkably the stones turned up and they were good quality.
Ordered and paid in March but was still yet delivered up until June. No response on coupler of sending email.
Really poor communication from them. Ordered stones on the understanding it was 3-5 days delivery. Had to chase about order and told there was plant issues so there would be a 2.5 week delay. Not contactable by phone either. Save money but definitely not worth it, I would recommend a more reputable supplier.
