The service was very good, if a little sporadic. We didn't really understand all the steps from start to finish and it would really have been helpful to have a road map from the beginning of the process. Apart from that everything was excellent.

I've never leased a car before so wasn't sure of the process but Anthony was so helpful and was on hand whenever I had questions( and there were many!). I never felt pressurised at any point and was given as much time as I needed to make a decision about whether to go ahead. All communication was answered quickly and I was kept up to date with delivery times etc. Great service - I would highly recommend.

I've leased from a number of companies and I have to say loaded car leasing is up there as one of the best in regards to customer service. I had wonderful Lad called Anthony who answered all my queries as and when I asked him and he also gave me his personal number so anytime I had a question I was able to contact him straight away through whatsapp which I found very useful as I don't enjoy waiting and talking over the phone. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be using loaded car leasing again

While there was a delay of over a month in the delivery of the car, I believe this was due to manufacturing issues and not the fault of Loaded Cars Leasing.
