Fradulent orders placed with my email

This company has been placing orders using my email address and Fedex is chasing me for orders I have nothing to do with. I have sent multiple emails to Loadbasket to ask them to correct the email on the order but they have ignored me. This is my personal data being used fradulently and this company is doing nothing to help resolve. Do not recommend!

Really good customer service

Really good customer service . Initially I only received one of the dolls that I ordered as they had run out of stock . I explained I needed an identical dolly as I was buying them for my 2 youngest granddaughters . They said they’d do their best and they did as a few days later another dolly arrived .

Issues with no stock and getting refund.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone. Received confirmation of order but no dispatch notice. After several days contacted them about dispatch and was told, didn't have it in stock! and I could have a refund. Refund was not given. Again after several days tried to contact by email and phone and no reply. Eventually got them on the phone. Told there was an issue with PayPal paperwork and they would issue the refund. Refund was issued back to PayPal but several days later the refund was then cancelled by PayPal. (They could not get the funds from Load Basket I believe). Tried again to contact Load Basket by email and phone. No replies. So in the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal under their "customer protection" scheme and eventually obtained my money back from PayPal. My personal opinion in one word is "AVOID".

Awful company

Awful company, simple terrible. ordered headphones on march 18th, was told it was delivered to me next day but never recieved it, two weeks later they tell me they never delivered it because they were busy with eid holidays (although afaik the holiday occurred two weeks after my order) they offered to refund which i accepted however i am still waiting on the refund. awful company, unreliable and idiotic, basically theft
