You can only get a job here if you are related to someone in the company. You’ll find that everyone is related in someway or another. The recruitment process is biased and there is racial discrimination. You can do brilliantly in the assessment or interview but they will find a way to eliminate you if you’re not their cup of tea. This is more so for the senior positions such as managers or Train Drivers. It’s a real shame and really sad but that’s LNER.

Typical s-c-u-m-b-a-g recruiters, they've closed an ad 10 days earlier than the listed date. Extremely slow website taking forever to load, and of course, no contact details to be able to speak to someone. Companies like this should be banned from recruiting.
