software issue sorted

Dishonest and Harassing
This company does not respect its clients. They keep calling repeatedly despite being clearly asked to communicate by email only – it has become harassing, with multiple calls a day.
They also promise that vehicles can be sent to any Lloyds branch, but every time I’ve tried to arrange this, it turned out not to be possible. I tried multiple times without success once.
We bought my car from them over a year ago, and their part-exchange offer for that vehicle was far below the expected price – even less than the guaranteed future value stated in the PCP agreement, despite three years still remaining.
When they respond to reviews, they often distort facts to suit themselves, which is very disappointing. I have all documentation to support everything stated here.
BMW Newcastle
Enquired regarding a X1 and to obtain information via email. The sales person was difficult to deal with and to obtain specifics of a car feature.
I would have assumed it would be clear what I was referencing especially as sales persons should know all the features .
I enquired to have the car transported to Colne and referenced Near Burnley , he advised this is not possible and the nearest location would be York, this was confirmed all via email.
Bu this point I was fed up dealing with someone who cannot give me the service I need and therefore I checked on the LLOYDS group website which informed me that any car can be transferred to any Lloyds group dealer, so clearly withholding information.
I contacted the relevant branch who advised it can be transferred and so I decided to do business via them, as very informative about the car and the features. During this discussion it was also noted the agent from Newcastle had misinformed me regarding some of the features, claiming they was present and he could not support this with any hard evidence .
I was glad at this point I was dealing with Colne branch as more honest and direct.
The agent from Newcastle decides to call me to vent, as to why I opted to do business with Colne branch.
I advised as he misinformed me of not being able to move the car to my preferred location, he denied this even though clear in the emails.
He advised he had put in a lot of work and I had gone to another branch.
His hard work referencing a few emails and a video of the car. Total work no more than 30 mins in all, and less if you preempt and give the customer a full picture based on their interest.
I rang and spoke to a manager to complain. His words were it was due to the agent venting and the hard work that goes into it .
Based on the escalated call conversation and the statement made, it was clear that this agents behaviour was being condoned.
It is u acceptable to ring a customer and make personal statements, it’s not professional. It is equally wrong to lie that a car cannot be transferred to another location, when your website states to any LLOYDS GROUP location.
Also get to know your client and where there interest lies so that you can give them all the information in one contact , than having to repeat questions with half being ignored or responses that are not in proportion to what is asked.
So fuming with this bad behaviour from a so called reputable company. I am too familiar with corporate apologies. Which is the only thing added to ad insult to injury .

I had an excellent experience Lloyds! The team was efficient, professional, and incredibly quick. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and they made sure everything was handled with care. I’m extremely happy with the quality of service and the attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable service with dealing with cars and finance!
Not very trust worthy
I purchased a car from them with 3 months warranty, within 2 weeks it broke down and I paid for it to be towed to them, Abdin then apparently spent £700 on the car. after receiving the car back it broke down within 1 week, Abdin told me the battery was faulty and that I should buy a new one meanwhile they would not answer any of my calls I had to result in using family and friends phones to call, VERY FUSTRATING!
After receiving the car back for the 2nd time it broke down again (The Gasket had gone before the car was sold to me) they said my 3 month warranty was used and that they cannot do anything about it. They said they'd refund me what paid less the Apparent £700 they spent on it. I eventually spoke to someone who was much nicer and did explain things better to me, but in the end I was left with no car and with over £1500 Expenses.

My daughter bought her car from Amin and he made the whole process easy for her. He took time to explain everything to her, gave her time to think about it and was a really nice guy. Excellent service and I would recommend.
