To bring employee benefits to life and to really listen and hear the needs, wants and dreams of our clients. We’ve grown organically since our inception in 2009, largely down to the passion we have for what we do. We are also very grateful to our loyal clients, many of whom have contributed to our growth by recommending us to their colleagues. Our Head Office is situated in Southport Merseyside, although we have staff based around the country. We are passionate about our profession and have achieved Chartered Independent status. Our ethos is focused firmly on our clients happiness. We place our client’s hopes, goals and aspirations at the heart of our planning. The company was founded by David Lloyd, David has many years’ experience within the financial services and employee benefits profession initially working for other organisations. Lloyd & Co was established as David felt that the profession had become stale, stuffy and boring. Everywhere he had worked the focus was to sell sell sell with sales targets that had to be met. At Lloyd & Co we will never have sales targets as dealing with clients needs is a privileged responsibility and should certainly not be sales driven. Our business is founded on the basis that all our clients are unique with their own agendas in business. Our role is to assist them in making the right choices to facilitate what they want from their Health & Wellbeing strategy and never ever make things confusing. As an independent Employee Benefits practise based in Southport, we offer whole of market reviews and NOT just a chosen few. Our focus is on building long term client relationships, through the delivery of quality service. We aim to make complex issues clear and understandable, to listen to your needs and deliver what we say we will. It’s as simple as that.

From start the finish the process was simple to understand, the price was very reasonable and the cover for us both is substantial, including dental and eye care. Great experience, open and honest
Andy, a member of the team at Lloyd and Co Employee benefits help me with my private medical insurance for myself and my wife. He took the time to understand what would be best for me and my family and tailored this to cover all aspects I requested and more.

We appointed Lloyd & Co to conduct a review of our employee benefits package. Throughout the process our adviser, Andy Walton, has been entirely professional and has educated all our employees about the various schemes we have in place. This was very well received by everyone.

Used this company for my private medical insurance renewal recently. They confirmed I was with the best provider to suit me but also manage to negotiate with my current insurer to get me a better rate so I was very happy.
I dealt with a guy called Andy. He was very knowledgeable. He also recommended another excellent product called a health cash plan which I will certainly be taking up shortly.

Great service & advice
Great service from Andy and the team at Lloyd & Co. Explained all options available and nothing was ever a problem for him to help. Once we decided on the best policy for the team, he even attended a meeting a meeting at our office to explain it to all staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy Walton and Lloyd & Co.

Highly recommended. Andrew was a complete professional who ensured my plan was completely personalised and tailored to my specific needs. It was a delight to have informative information and complete guidance throughout. Every aspect was explained so clearly with the complete lack of useless jargon, which im my experience with complex plans is extremely rare and so appreciated.
