Easy to book and great service provided. Faultless.

Used LJ for a wembley day trip from Wigan.
Excellent service. The driver was smart, he arrived at our pick up point 45 minutes before departure in order to load up in good time for our 7.30am departure.
After a comfort break we arrived at our Wembley Coach Park at 1140am. The return journey also went smoothly.
Lovely modern coach.
Would highly recommend.

Pick up and timetable for our pilgrimage was all on time with an excellent driver who was courteous, kind and a great help to some of our pilgrims who were less able. The driver also = managed the small lanes of Pen Llyn without a hitch taking the coach where many wouldn't dare take a van!

My experience with this couch company was outstanding. We had to adjust our schedule a few times, and they were always flexible and willing to work with us to make it smooth and stress-free. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable, and their customer service was excellent. I truly appreciate their understanding and highly recommend them.

Excellent company to deal with so easy to organise. Bus we travelled in was fantastic and had excellent facilities. And the driver couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be using these again.

Travelled to St Ives on a Llew Jones coach (Shearings Holiday). The journey was comfortable and the driver (Marek) coped superbly with the heavy traffic and some of the narrow Cornish roads. He also gave an excellent commentary on the day-trips. All in all, he helped to make our 5 day holiday very enjoyable.

The driver and bus were good, no complaints, but the air con didn't work properly, which made the journey a little uncomfortable on a warm afternoon.

Went on 60th birthday trip visiting pubs in the North Wales area. Dave our driver was great, knowledgeable about the area and places we visited. Easy going and nothing to much trouble. 2nd such trip and will only use this company

Unbelievable service. Such a friendly and helpful company and we were all super happy with our coach ride between Anglesey & Chester. So good on price compared to other local companies too!! Would highly recommend to anyone considering booking a coach trip!

Before booking, correspondance was really quick and helpful. We were going from school to the airport so was worried that if there were any issues we might miss the flight but they had planned for this so the driver was on time to pick us up and was constantly checking the route for any potential delays. The driver was helpful and constantly checked we were ok and whether we needed a stop. Unfortunately the toilet was broken on the coach on the way back so we had to make a few more stops than planned as it was a 6 hour drive. Would definitely recommend booking with Llew Jones and I will be using them again.
