I know being cheap will attract you as it did to me, but after I paid and asked for help because their stupid website did not prompt me to sign up first before I pay so now I paid without an account to view my mails and when I asked them to link my account to the order I made they reply in 3-4 days each time if they reply at all as I keep send question marks to them in order to remind them to reply at me.
They are not scammers, they changed my company address but their customer service is so bad and don't be fooled they have wycra.com too so make sure to avoid both of them
Despite paying for a service, I have encountered several issues with the company's support. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response from Dustin or anyone else in the support department. The last message I received was from Dustin a year ago and since then, I have not received any invoices for the service. It also appears that the service is no longer available. As a result, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the company.
