Overall they have great service
Overall they have great service, and my order was dispatched very quickly.
My one complaint is that they missed the first number in my zip code, which caused my package to be re-routed to the wrong state. It was my first order with them, and a pretty large one. It was a bit stressful, but after a couple calls to USPS, I got it routed to the proper address(not sure why USPS didn't figure it out on their own with my name/address, but besides the point).
So I would recommend to them, to double check their shipping labels before shipping out. I didn't see the attached image in the email, until a few days after it shipped, so I didn't see the incorrect zip until after it left their hands.
Overall I give them 4/5. Product is legit, and it did arrive safely. The mistake caused a week delay, and a little bit of stress, but everything arrived safely and is genuine in the end.

I'm sorry for that my mistake.It was happened when I copy paste addresses to excel sheet.I need to separate zipcode and country before prepare shipping labels. Automatically remove the first digit When some digit start with 0 in excel.That's what happened to your package too.I didn't figure out it until you contact me
