Scam site: avoid
I ordered an inflatable kayak from the site. After a several delays, they finally sent me a potholder! I immediately complained. They replied that I had been sent the wrong order. Then their shipping company lost my order. I again complained and told them I wanted the kayaks, but if they couldn't get them for me, please give me a total refund. They they offered a 2/3 refund, which after negotiation I was able to increase to price minus $7 (for nothing). No money came. That was about 6 or 7 months ago. Now I write them every few weeks, and they assure me that as soon as their financial department authorizes it, I will get the refund. That was about 7 months ago. I just checked: the kayak is still on their website. So, they listed (and still list) something they didn't have; then would not give me a refund for nondelivery of goods. The site is a total scam! Avoid them.
