Absolutely brilliant, good reliable workmanship, honestly recommend this Company true to there word and finished on time.

Excellent service all round. David quoted us a fair price and the work was completed to a high standard. The work took 3 days and they were very clean and conscientious throughout.

It saddens me to have to write this as initially all contact with LDP and team was brilliant. I was happy with the process and ease of communication. They went beyond what was needed to do to repair the damp. Sadly I had cause to come back regarding two areas of render which had subsequently blown. Numerous attempts to contact them to come and repair though communication seems to have ceased completely. As long as it all goes well, these are your guys

Very happy with the service I received, Damp proofing 2 concrete floors. They came on time, worked non stopped. One fellow on the first day who prepared everything perfectly and 3 guys on the 2nd day to coat the floors. Great Service.

I had severe rising damp in my front room, London & Kent dampproofing solutions gave me a site visit and quote which was reasonable. We used there services and they was very polite, clean, and efficient. The finished product was good and the area was left very tidy.
Overall a very good job and I would recommend.

We would highly recommend London & Kent they helped us with our damp problems and also tanking our floor. They was very polite and efficient. We now have a nice smooth finish on the walls. We’ve left the walls for 5 weeks and are getting ready to paint them.

London and Kent damp proofing solutions worked on my damp issues in my house around a month ago , they was very polite clean and done an excellent job , I would recommend them.

I arranged for this company to install a damp proof course. They came and estimated the work which was fine. As soon as the deposit was paid, they became unresponsive.

They arrived at the property and made a complaint that the wall was too thick... (what ever that means) no clear explanation was given. I was then advised that some of the bricks would need to be removed, approx 8. I was then told due to having to remove 8 bricks he would now need to get a labourer and brick layer. I then asked if none of the workers could do this job, and whether the additional work men were really necessary. After some back and forth, they agreed that they had an alternative and would not need the additional workers.

On completion of the work, I was then informed by the tenant at this property that the guys had left a hole in the wall and the kitchen socket was taped up and unusable. I was not informed of this by the company, which is outright shocking behaviour. When I asked them what happened, I was questioned if there were not any other sockets that could be used. Again, shocking behaviour from what I thought were a reputable company. I was then told this would be fixed, which was. Following this, the newly plastered wall had several cracks and I am still yet to receive a certificate or explanation although full payment has been made for the job.

I attempted to meet the guy at the property, but he told me he was on his way and never turned up. He never answers my calls nor returns any of my messages.

Please take caution when engaging with this company. They are totally unprofessional and absolute cowboys.
