Good website

Not cheap, but 2 family members love it, so I buy for gifts. Always arrives quickly, they love the gifts. Never had a problem with these orders, and it's been over 10 years that I have been ordering these. Can't comment on the products as I don't use them myself, but ordering and delivery is a smooth process.

Facial

Over the weekend I had a facial at Liz Earle. A young girl served me called Sali, she explained what each product was used for and how to use them. She was very kind and helpful! Her customer service skills were amazing can’t thank her enough. I will be coming to buy different products from Liz Earle soon.

I bought 3 Nourish and Smooth gift sets off both Next and Look Fantastic. Each time I was sent Le Skin Collection. Luckily I was refunded and I was told they were misdescribed by Liz Earle. I wrote to Liz Earle and they haven’t even bothered to reply. What terrible customer service

Terribly disappointed with shampoo that has completely changed formula

I was converted to Liz Earle products after going on a search for a gentle shampoo. When I re-ordered my shampoos and conditioners recently it was clear that the shampoo is a completely different product - a new formula which is entirely different - although I wasn’t warned they had completely changed the product before purchasing. The new formula looks and feels like the roughest, cheapest product one could get on the high street. It’s really shameful that Liz Earle is moving away from its customer base by doing this. I will not be buying again unless they revert to the old formula.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed, Boot have bought Liz Earl and changed the formulas. I always use the Cleanse and Polish, skin tonic and moisturiser. The cleanser now makes my face red and the moisturiser could be any one of a chemist shelf. I will no longer purchase any more of their products. I will go to my local health food store for truly ethical products. Really disappointed Liz Earle sold out

Skin Reaction due to Formula Change

Have been using Liz Earle for years but over the past few months I've had a really bad rash around my eyes....now just realised it is Liz Earle Superskin eye cream that's been causing it. The formula must have changed. I use about 10 LE products regularly and now have to find alternatives. Very disappointed as I loved their products.

Change in products

I have used this company's products for many years. Sadly they have been changing the fomulations since being sold to another company. I still use the Superskin products and like those (at the moment!) - but just bought a new Shampoo and it really isn't nearly so good as before. Yes it did leave my hair feeling soft and silky for about 2 days - then it felt really greasy. I am using it in conjuction with another brand, just to use it up but I won't be rebuying this. I understand they have changed the SkinTonic too - just bought another bottle of this before I realised. Will try it out when the current one finishes but rather dreading finding this no longer suits me either.

This company used to pride itself on an uncomplicated basic range of products that anyone could use and benefit from. The new owners seem to feel they have to introduce lots of new products and "improve" the others. What a shame - really not needed.

Shampoo now Horrible!

What have they done to the SHAMPOO?? I’ve used it for years and was best on the market. Made my fine hair shine, great condition and gave it body. Bought replacement few days ago and yuk! It’s HORRIBLE! Totally different texture, left my hair matted and dry, didn’t style well and looks dull.
Why oh why did they mess with a tried and tested formula that so many loved. Definitely won’t be buying again. It’s been totally ruined!

Skin rash - disappointing

Early days but I used to use Liz Earle cleanse and polish many years ago and it was amazing but as a woman in her early 20s couldn't afford to use it on a regular basis. Now in my early 30s decided to treat myself to using it again. I've used it to take off my makeup for 2 nights and broken out in a red rash over my lower cheek and jaw today. I can only really attribute it to this as I haven't done anything else differently. Now I can see many complaints about the change in formula. So disappointing as the old version was fabulous and it does indeed remove makeup well. But won't continue using.

Great products and Great service

Have used Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish for many years now and whilst it does the job (really well), i wanted something new. The new Glow range is just the ticket. It is just as good as all of their products but allows you to mix up your routin.
Service cannot be faullted as usual.

What has happened to your shampoo !!

have used Liz Earle shampoo for years and found it the only shampoo that worked well with my hair. However, after buying a bottle of the new formula i am hugely disappointed and have thrown it away after 2 attempts of using it. The new shampoo was like washing my hair with washing up liquid ! it matted my hair as soon as i applied it and made it feel like straw. Hardly any lather and the smell was awful, unlike the original formula which had a beautiful smell. Cannot believe how bad it actually is. So sad because i think most loyal customers will go elsewhere now to find another alternative.

Such a shame!

I have used Liz Earle products for many years. When they were taken over, I wondered how long it would be before the formulae were changed, and to be honest, it’s taken longer than I expected. I found that the shampoo was perfect for my hair and sensitive scalp, but the recent change in formula has been a disaster as far as I’m concerned: my scalp is now itching all over, and I have had to discontinue use. Such a shame to see a previously-respected company compromising its standards.

More than just a lotion

I was given a gift pack from the cancer centre’s “Look good, feel good” therapy treatment after treatment for breast cancer.

Among the items generously donated was Liz Earle Bergamot and Ginger Silky Skin Lotion.

Oh. My. Gosh. This is amazing. It is truly silky and smells gorgeous.

I was told to make sure that my breasts were always well moisturised and hydrated and this lotion is perfect.

Immediately after shower when skin is still damp or a quick spritz from a water spray bottle locks in even more moister when applying the lotion.

It soothes the soreness plus relieves the tightness and itchy scars even after 5 years have passed. This has become part of my self care regimen as the smell and feel makes me feel as though I’m being pampered.

This is definitely especially a reserved treat for my breasts only.

I absolutely love this product and would have no hesitation to recommend it.

I have no idea what other products are in the brand but this will make me check out the web site as I do like the consistency of quality and effectiveness of a product when I find a brand that works for me.

Men's scincare face and body wash

Men's scincare face and body wash. First day of use made my face red and tingly, thought nothing of it. Second day made it worse, burning sensation and made my face swollen. What the hell is in this stuff? I don't suffer from sensitive skin. It was part of a liz Earle gift bag for my birthday. It is all going in the bin.

Sore dry itchy skin

Having tried the new formula of the Dry Skin Repair cream I am left with dry, itchy and very sore skin. I cant believe that a cream can do so much harm and I am not the only one who this is happening to. Surely this should tell you something about the ingrediants you have changed as Its concernng that this is affecting many of your customers. Its not just 1 or 2 people who are reacting its hundreds! No two people's skin are alike yet hundreds of people, all previously loyal Liz Earle customers, are having the same issue according to the reviews I have read. You clearly are not using ingrediants that are compatable with dry sensitive skin or thsi would not be happening to so many of your customers. I am appalled.

Anyone else had allergic reaction ?

I love Liz Earle perfume so recently took advantage of skincare offer with a free perfume.
I am on my third day of swollen face and eyes and nasty red rash, pharmacist has suggested I go to A&E it’s that bad ☹️ couldn’t leave the house until today as I looked so awful.
I’m not 100% sure this is the cause but it’s the only new product I have used so checked reviews to see if this is a common problem and it does seem I’m not the only one.
I’m a bit disappointed 😔
