Liz radiates pure love. That smile! My husband came and said wow, she's so pure. The puppies were all calm and I was also yawning away, feeling more and more relaxed as the session progressed. Our dog is recovering from a big surgery, so I wanted to do this to help with his healing. <3 We all loved the session and Liz is divine. <3 Highly recommend.

I had studied Animal Reiki with Liz last year, and it was a fantastic experience. Her instantly warm presence immediately puts you at ease, creating a comfortable and supportive environment as she guides you through the process of connecting with our animal friends on a deeper level. I would definitely recommend this course!

Liz is a absolute ray of light! She is an incredible listener and space holder for humans and animals alike. She supported me in connecting with myself and clearing out some history that was holding me back as well as supporting me to relax and release stress in the present. I took a year-long coaching programme with Liz and I have to say, it was brilliant. Until I met Liz I didn't know that emotional trauma doesn't have to be a big thing, but it can be made up of lots of little things that all add up to one big blockage. Liz has been instrumental in helping me to overcome childhood trauma that I didn't even know was holding me back.

Liz is always professional, always mindful, always approachable and super generous. She regularly offers free support to my facebook group, helping the owners of shouty-barky dogs to be calm in her warm and friendly way.
