Worst customer service ever

I used to love shopping here for Yoni oils and honestly, I will never be shopping with this business ever again because I had specifically made an order to take with me on vacation and there was an estimated delivery date from the 23rd to the 24th and my order literally arrived several days later when it should have arrived during the estimated date so finally when the order was delivered mind you, I had tried reaching out to TikTok shop since I originally purchased through TikTok shop and to the seller about my experience with the late delivery and the business owner doesn’t know how to deal with customer satisfaction or customer experience because even if there’s a shipping delay, it’s still on you as a business owner, you are still responsible and liable to make sure that the customer gets their parcel on time and make it right for the customer. If clearly they had purchased it for a specific occasion and didn’t receive their items and she wants to go off and say that she’s not at fault like she is not even accepting that she’s that wrong, which is so sad and that the order was in fact delayed because I have a screenshot to prove it so because of this I would not recommend purchasing from a business owner that doesn’t take responsibility for their actions and wants to make the customer be at fault like she didn’t offer any kind of compensation not even a partial refund or a half off discount nothing she was just basically saying that the only way to get a refund is to return the product like no the reason why I bought it was obviously I needed to use the items and originally to take them with me on vacation, but I couldn’t even do that obviously because the delivery was late so never again will I shop with her again! It is just terrible service. The worst I’ve ever experienced.

My credit card was ran without my…

My credit card was ran without my consent. I was trying to apply a coupon and when I clicked apply, it charged my card and placed an order. I have tried contacting customer service and have not been helped. It has been a week.

I wouldn’t repurchase this product if paid to.

My experience using this product has been so awful! I opted for the oil just because of its uses and thought that it would be a good match. I’ve read reviews and followed the instructions to a T and reached out to them and let them know that it caused a rash and that the scent did not mix well with my body chemistry and left a weird odor that was literally non existent. The response that I got back was actually quite rude and they told me that I wasn’t using it correctly, because their product wouldn’t do such things. Keep in mind, I’m using this oil on freshly showered skin, and clean hands. when I expressed my concern, it fell upon death ears or blind eyes. I expected them to own up to this issue or take it as a learning lesson and give me a refund for being so displeased with the product… instead, I was basically told that I was wrong and to look at the ingredients before buying.
Which I did and I already made the purchase! Like excuse me, I’m sorry your product wasn’t as described and instead of making me smell like a cookie and edible it made me smell like a little tomato plant.

Great Experience!

Tried a two products (Penetrate Mask and Vanilla Cookie Yoni Oil) from Liza Cosmetics Line and so far so good! The products I chose were great, left my skin feeling soft, supple, and hydrated. I still have yet to try more of their products and soaps however the ones I’ve chosen have been amazing so I am excited to try other new ones! 10/10 experience so far.
