Worst customer service ever
I used to love shopping here for Yoni oils and honestly, I will never be shopping with this business ever again because I had specifically made an order to take with me on vacation and there was an estimated delivery date from the 23rd to the 24th and my order literally arrived several days later when it should have arrived during the estimated date so finally when the order was delivered mind you, I had tried reaching out to TikTok shop since I originally purchased through TikTok shop and to the seller about my experience with the late delivery and the business owner doesn’t know how to deal with customer satisfaction or customer experience because even if there’s a shipping delay, it’s still on you as a business owner, you are still responsible and liable to make sure that the customer gets their parcel on time and make it right for the customer. If clearly they had purchased it for a specific occasion and didn’t receive their items and she wants to go off and say that she’s not at fault like she is not even accepting that she’s that wrong, which is so sad and that the order was in fact delayed because I have a screenshot to prove it so because of this I would not recommend purchasing from a business owner that doesn’t take responsibility for their actions and wants to make the customer be at fault like she didn’t offer any kind of compensation not even a partial refund or a half off discount nothing she was just basically saying that the only way to get a refund is to return the product like no the reason why I bought it was obviously I needed to use the items and originally to take them with me on vacation, but I couldn’t even do that obviously because the delivery was late so never again will I shop with her again! It is just terrible service. The worst I’ve ever experienced.
