Pan arrived damaged and missing parts. Customer service is AI generated. Expensive to return and no guarantee that they will pay any refund. Avoid!!

Pan eventually received shipped from China despite promotion as a U.K. company with item in stock. Pan was a cheap non-branded Chinese item bearing little if any of the qualities promoted on the Lixis sale website. Lixis claimed to accept return, but argued for various charges for restocking and shipment, meaning eventual refund would be a small fraction of the price paid for the pan. I took this up as a scam purchase with my bank and only then did Lixis send a full refund. Buyers beware!

The pan is dreadful as others have stated. It is cheap garbage from China that has absolutely no non-stick performance. Used twice and both times everything sticks to the pan immediately. The UK website claims fantastic reviews but interestingly you are unable to read them or add to them. Complete waste of money.

Get a hexclad.

First this overpriced pan is made in China and takes weeks to get. I seasoned this pan according to their website. It sticks horrible. I contacted them and followed their instructions to wipe clean the seasoning and reseason. Still sticking bad. Even greasy bacon sticks. The pan discolored inside and on bottom. Customer service wanted me to pay to return this pan or take a 10 percent refund. After going back and forth they offered 15 percent. The pan is advertised as being able to cook up to temperature of 1,112 f degrees. I sent pictures of the stuck on food and discoloration and was told that I wasn't using proper temperature control on their professional grade pan. This company is a joke. Don't waste your hard earn money on Chinese garbage.
