Do "NOT" buy anything from this company…

Do "NOT" buy anything from this company as I purchased a TV device for £29.98 on 21st Feb 26, which I cancelled within 24 hours but this company said they had processed the order, but 29th Feb 26 I received another email stating they had now processed the order and had despatched the device which was never delivered. They refuse to reimburse me for the purchased and failure to deliver depiste over 30 emails to Livitals. This company SCAMS OAP of 75 registered handicapped living on a pension.
