Almost 3 weeks and package hasn't arrived and no communication from them on what the delay is. No reply to emails an social media plus no answer on the number listed. Alot of money to let go down the drain in our current living crisis.

Was easy to use the product and the oil smell wasn't too bad, fast acting! Great product, highly recommended!

No communication from seller when only half my order arrived. The photos of the product are misleading and it does not state the amount of product you get. I would expect for that price you would get more not a tiny bottles worth.

Sent the wrong order impossible to get hold of. Took 5 days for a reply to email and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Took over a week for order to even be shipped.

It has made a big difference to my kids hair since using it there hasnt been any infestations thus far

I received the brissel brush and only 1 bottle of juice instead of 2

I’m still waiting for a reply to my emails as I didn’t receive all my products I ordered and now I get this rate my experience, I’m very disappointed that I have not got an acknowledgment to my emails.

From ordering to using it, Living Juicy is exactly as promised. Easy to use, no harsh chemicals and so far has kept the bugs at bay. My 5 yr old has no trouble using her brush every morning. Will be buying refills and recommending to everyone I know. Thanks Juicy!!!

I still haven't received half of the items I paid for. I ordered a jumbo pack, and received a standard pack but was also missing the comb. I was told that it would be sent, but I think it's been nearly two weeks now, and still no indication of when I will receive it.
I also used the product as instructed, it hasn't prevented reinfestation and the conditioner itself, while is helpful to get lice out.. that's all it does.
I paid a lot of money for this product, only to get half and am unsatisfied with the results.
I would like a refund on the products that I didn't not receive please, as it requires a lot of work to go through the process ,for little achievement.

Has been 2 weeks since I ordered and still haven't received my order. And poor communication through email.

Although I didn’t receive what I thought I had ordered, I messaged the team and they sent me another bottle straight away even though it was my mistake not reading the bottles carefully when making the purchase.
My second time ordering as it has worked wonders on preventing nits with my daughter and long haired sons. Highly recommend!!! Thanks 🙏

My daughter had nits for a long time, we tried numerous different treatments. We tried livingjuicy, and it was the one that finally stopped the critters. I would absolutely 💯 recommend this product. Easy to apply and doesn't have a horrible smell.

The product is very and I am very with it.
