The worst ever

The worst ever! This company shifts the cost of their screw ups on to customers! I ordered 3 products online which were weeks delayed. The products finally arrived while I was on vacation and unable to receive/pick up the products. I was charged 64€ for failure to pick up and cost of return! Customer service is non-existent, uninterested, and exist only to ensure payment transfers to the company. You the customer end up paying for their inadequacies. How is that right! Zero customer-rights. Buyer beware. Also, their products do no live up their online images or description. Stay clear of this company!!!
