Our package was delivered to the wrong address. We were never able to get a hold of it. Living Store never refunded the payment we already made.
I've ordered a Phillips Wakeup light on the 27th of November. The product was 'in stock' at the webshop. Today, it's the 14th of December and there's still no sign of the product being delivered. Even after writing several emails to the customer service that automatically responds with a "status normal" reply saying that the product is expected to be back in stock soon.
All in all an absolutely disappointing webshop experience like I never had before.
