Very nice experience with Charlotte of Living Stone. Charlotte is nice, knowledgeable, and approachable. She explained the in’s and out’s of the renting procedure and contract. She adapted to explain it to us in English since we are still learning Dutch.

We recently signed the compromis buying our first property with help of living stone. We had a very pleasant and positive experience with them and specially with our point of contact Mr. Rune Stalleart.

Rune was very professional and focused from day one being fair with both seller and buyer. He shared all information openly that we asked for. He had a very finely balanced customer centric approach.
We didn't meet a lot of real estate professionals like Rune during our house hunt in a year.

We, my wife and I, have moved from Belgium for good and therefore needed to sell our house in Belgium.
Because we now live far from Belgium, we could not take part or be present on any house presentations.
However, the broker at Living Stone in Hasselt, Mr. Sven Verlaak, did a very good job by informing us up front what had to be done before the house would be advertised and later with keeping us up to date on every aspect of the progress, (house presentations, bids etc.) leading finally to a successful sale of the house!
We cannot express well enough how very thankful we are for the job Mr. Verlaak did!

Trying to sell a house with no experience at all, a lot of information comes your way in a very limited time period. As the house was not in the best condition, suffered a lightning strike earlier that year, and an
insurance company that kept dragging their feet; this was a hill I dreaded to climb.
So I went looking for information, and "stumbled" upon Living Stone realtors.

From day one, Sven stood out as being very informative, punctual, being the best help every step of the way.
Actively looking for solutions, alternatives to present the house in a best possible way considering the situation at hand.
The suggested gardening/cleaning company was spot on!
Within two months, the house was sold with both parties in full agreement.

This dossier of acquiring our new home was a bit more complex then usual, however Jos guided us through the process smoothly and was always there with good advise. However, Tiffany Houben from Livingstone was very helpful in giving us a video tour of the apartment and walking through the differences between renting procedures in the USA vs Belgium. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very patient with us when we had even the most basic questions about the contract. We have now been in our new apartment for a month and we could not be happier.
