Wowcher/livingsocial are still refusing to refund 14.99, they are now refusing to even consider refunding 14.99 I paid for a damaged meat shredder. They take your money and they don't care after that, if that's not a scammer, I don't know what is. Scammers take your money, and don't care, same.

Item sent in battered packaging, if it was in perfect condition I would have still returned it as the item was poor quality and not fit for purpose. I spent £22.50 and got £2.90 in refund. Absolute scam and would never use this or wowcher again. They need reporting to trading standards.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I was given a Royal Mail tracking number for the item I had ordered, but it was 1 character short. 50 or so emails later, I still have no item, no correct tracking number and no refund.
Why on earth do Wowcher still use them?

i order a goose pillow for my daughter, that was suppose to be delivered on the 18th of December, only to be told on the 20th that it will be 9 more days.
what pisses me off is i also paid 12 euros extra for speedy delivery which i am going to annoy them for a refund
why pay for speedy delivery if it going to take 14 days
never will i shop on this site again

Wrong item sent. Complained and passed over to Woucher who after 29 WhatsApp messages passed me back to Living Social. I have exchanged a similar number of emails with them and they have blamed Woucher. Both have ignored my suggestion of my keeping the item but refunding the postage, so 10 days on, I am no further forward. They both have phone numbers but person is told that they don’t communicate by phone! Definitely avoid.

I bought what I thought was a bargain 16g iPad from Living Social for £80.00 inc postage and packing … it was delivered without a charging lead (which I had to buy separately)and had writing scratched onto the back. The o/s system was out of date (12.5.7) and I could not put any applications onto it because they required at least a 16.5 o/s to work.
As I needed an iPad for work I bought an up to date one for 4 times what I paid for the dodgy one from Living Social. I have unsubscribed from their mailing list and will not be using their services again.

I bought a voucher for a hotel in Belfast, redeemed my voucher for 12/12/25 for 2 nights, I contacted the hotel Bank Square Town house as I had a 4.5 hrs drive to it wanted to check about car parking, to my disappointment the hotel had no booking for me said if I turn up there is no room for me and the hotel is booked, they are blaming living Social that they didn’t complete the booking and they won’t deal with me as I went through a 3rd party booking site, trying to get on to Living Social is a totally nightmare, they keep saying voucher redeem just turn up, someone has my money, I never buy again on this site no customer service made a complaint and ask for a manager to contact me I was to meet family yesterday in Belfast for Xmas markets, cancer patient too the stress they put me through does anyone out there can help me. At least Living Social should help me

i got scammed i emailing and filled a form to get a refund but they ignored it they're not gonna reply until 14 days because they know it doesn't work after that

I happily used this site in the past,but will no longer use it. If you are not careful ,you will be charged regular premium membership fees in addition to your purchase. The system appears to select this option for you automatically .Even when I deselected it,the premium membership reduction showed up in the invoice. This was very confusing and did not inspire trust in Living Social .

A month ago I ordered a referbished ipad and a robot stem mop.

The iPad arrived about a week ago, it was dirty, it had greasy residue and food on outside. The supplied power cable did not work so I had to buy a new one, when I eventually managed to change it I found it needed an update. Over the next few days I tried to download an app which required me to create an Apple account, whilst trying to create the account the iPad kept freezing and it took 5 days until I eventually got through the process. Once I had an account I was able to open the app store, find the app I wanted and press the get button. The iPad then displayed a message telling me that the operating system was 12.5.7 and I needed at a minimum o/s 15.5. I further discovered that the iPad could not be upgraded past it's current o/so because it's hardware was to old.
I can not complain about faults with the second item I ordered (robot mop) because it hasn't arrived!
I have tried connecting the company but I can't get an answer on the phone and my emails received an automated response.
I only wish that I could give a lower than 1 star review.

I lost 150€, thinking I am buying furniture. I never received the products. BS company that will steal your money.

Sent 5 emails to change my voucher, no reply.
They take your money, dont pay the merchant, dont refund, and break the law -consumer act. Not replying to emails and having no contact details is dodgy. Scammers

Randomly I received two emails from this company today saying thanks for joining them and offering me a £20 voucher.
Never signed up to them, never wanted to.

Having looked on here, I can see they are linked to Woucher who I might have used once about 7 years ago. No thank you, clear off.

Tried to buy something from here they have got my money and the company hasn’t got the goods to sell me so livingsocial will only give a credit note not refund into my original source l, so now no money and no goods

After payment they got into a voucher redeeming issue with me so when the voucher expired only 14days to redeem they said my money is gone so this site is plot to take your money be awear and run

Living social is a scam, stay away you just end up with cheap products and if you have any issues you can't contact them, try ring any of there numbers before you buy and you'll see, it's a complete scam ,the garda should be doing something or consumer protection

There is no working link for redeeming the delivery for mattress, merchant site has no contact details, no email or phone number. Living social what app also sent me a few messages but said they get back to me as it must have been AI chat and still nothing. This is highly frustrating as their email and customer service link bounce also . This is a disaster of an experience due to their many issues
