The actual stone was beautiful, but the packaging was awful and the chain itself wasn’t particularly nice. I will be buying another chain to go with the pendant.

Terrible quality, came scratched and taking ages for a response for a refund. Will not use this company again :(

I think this is a very nice little company with unique gift ideas and items. Some things might be a little expensive but I really like this shop

Absolutely love coming to the shop but having a disability means it’s difficult to come to the often busy chaotic roads and streets.
The items where well packaged and where sent really quick ☺️
In need of a little boost I wrote a little message to myself in the box they ask if you’d “like to add a message to your order”
And whoever wrote it thank you 🙏
It wasn’t some computer written soulless words, but beautifully hand written on a pink motivational card that had an extra heart added. It really meant a lot and hence why we should be supporting independents rather than Amazon !!

The products that arrived were past the use-by date. I had to go to the hassle of returning them, but did receive a full refund. Won't use the company again.

Excellent I will be coming back

I would give zero stars if I could. Didn't get a dispatch email and item didn't arrive after weeks. When I emailed to say it hadn't arrived, I was shown an image of supposed tracking info saying there were delays but there was no tracking number attached to this and my latest email was ignored. I don't think the item was sent at all.

I bought the upcirlce toner at a good price. Arrived well packed.

Seed bombs packaged well and delivered on time with sweet handwritten note. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Quick delivery, product as described. As for the experience with the mat …. Ooh, aah, ow, hang on, …. perfect. No! Get the dog away from me!

It’s great, very effective, very relaxing, though the pets need to be in a different room when I use it! Feels good quality and I will enjoy it for a long time, hopefully! It takes a few seconds to get used to the sensation each time but I heartily recommend this.
