Nothing VIP about my experience
Bought two "VIP" tickets - but there was nothing VIP about my experience.
LiveNation failed to advise VIP check-in only ran for 90 mins (starting 5 hours before the main act came on!) As we arrived just outside that time, we had a simply awful experience. Dealt with multiple staff, none of whom knew what was going on and we were sent from pillar to post.
Sending feedback resulted in no response the first time. When I chased a response, the reply referenced everything I did wrong, including a link to their T&Cs.
This is not the way to deal with a disgruntled customer who spent a considerable sum of money and feels the experience did not live up to the name.
Will never spend another cent with this company. If you do, be warned... if it goes wrong, they won't care, as they'll likely be covered in the T&Cs somewhere.
Thankfully at least the show was good, even if the rest was a shambles.
