Ordered beeswax from website said…

Ordered beeswax from website said filtered locally, so I was under the impression that it was sourced locally or even in uk - it did not say where it was from . I emailed them separately to ask and they said ‘ The wax is a blend from around the UK and Europe’ this is not on the website I think they should make this clear.

Hi Caron, thank you for your feedback. Our wax is a blend from around the UK and Europe and is filtered locally in Devon. I don't think we make any statements to the contrary on our website. If you mean you assumed the wax was sourced locally then I apologise for any confusion but this is not stated anywhere. In order to meet demand we source wax from all over the UK and Europe - our focus is on quality and we have many repeat customers.

Love this company

This was the only place I used to order my wax from. Quick delivery and I love that you can use discount codes. Unfortuntly not been able to get my wax from here due to shortage but as soon as things return to normal I will be back and ordering :)
