The sheets/towels and cleaning service is what makes Kindred stand out. It’s always crazy busy before a trip and getting the cleaning done and beds made is very helpful. Also coming home to a clean house and beds made is necessary and great. The virtual concierge is super helpful too!

This is a sweet flat in a great walkable neighborhood. The view is stunning on a clear day. It is quite comfortable. The bed is great. Dani was flexible and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful experience staying in Jennie’s home through Kindred. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the home itself was warm, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our family.

One of the highlights of our stay was watching our kids enjoy an Easter egg hunt in the front yard while we sat on the porch taking in the beautiful ocean view. It created such special memories for all of us, and we truly felt at home during our time there.

We are very grateful for the hospitality and care that went into preparing the space. We would absolutely recommend this experience to other families and look forward to using Kindred again in the future for our travels

I really like Kindred. They have built a system where you can feel safe letting other people use your home and have a global network of homes to use.

Home swapping with Kindred is a no brainer for anyone with an apartment in a desirable location and who travels a decent amount. Stay in homey apartments, make friends, save tons of money. Kindred is generally helpful and responsive as a team, although I did have one very frustrating experience with a policy that felt wildly inappropriate, essentially pushing the cost onto me when it was the host’s mistake had already caused a major travel disruption for me. Overall recommend but feel they could tighten up on some of these issues. I’ll keep my review updated as my experience evolves.

This place is gorgeous! Hidden from view by hedges, it’s an island of quiet in an otherwise bustling city. The furnishings, art, thoughtful upgrades, and communication with the host were exceptional. This was my best experience on Kindred!
