Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent! The products I purchased are wonderful. I really appreciated that the packaging, including the sticky tape, was all plastic free.

Amazing product range

Amazing product range! Very happy to find a British company stocking Living Libations products. I've been wanting to try a few things for a while so made an order and it arrived so quickly, and very carefully packaged. I was so impressed that the next day I made another order as I loved the products so much. The service is so great I will keep returning. Thank you!

Pump issues Seabuckthorn oil

I bought Living Libations Seabuckthorn oil. The pump didn’t work from the get go. The company were friendly on contact and said they’d send a replacement pump. I assume this is a common problem since they have spare pumps. Unfortunately the pump arrived floating freely around in a jiffy bag, no sterile packaging - not impressed.

It's not a common problem but it does happen occasionally, although we have been using the products for years and never experienced it ourselves. We stock all sorts or lids, pumps etc. as things fail, get damaged in transit and people drop things on opening their box. As a small company we can't just replace with full products so it's common sense to hold these items. With regard to sterilising the pump, we don't have the facility to do that but you were quite welcome to do it on arrival.

I love live in the light

I love live in the light! They have a fantastic range of natural products. You get a cute little message card in your package, delivery is always quick and to top it off you can collect reward points!

This is my favourite website ever

This is my favourite website ever. I am so delighted that live in the light stock living libations which is my favourite skin care products. I am very sensitive to products and only put organic pure products on my skin.
It’s such a treat to see how much lovely things they stock.
Delivery is very fast and I love the little card they pop in.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company. Ordered and arrived the next day and the products were securely wrapped to ensure no breakages or spills. The living libation products I ordered are amazing as well. Will definitely be ordering more soon!
