Don’t not buy they don’t process returns. You don’t get the money back

Completely ignoring my emails regarding a return, parcel has been sent back to LFDY weeks ago and had no comms since.. over £100 worth of items. Shocking

Be sure on size if ordering from the UK, shorts ordered were not eligible for return ? £75 down the drain , thanks

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with an order I placed on Black Friday, which was over two months ago. Despite this significant lapse of time, my package has still not arrived. To add to the inconvenience, I am now receiving payment reminders from Klarna. Making matters worse, there seems to be a complete lack of response from customer service. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and I feel it's important to share on Trustpilot to warn others.

Order cancelled after waiting 10 days for dispatch

I'll start by saying that I only gave 2 stars because I had already ordered in the past and everything had gone smoothly. this time I don't know what happened, both to my shipment and to the customer service (almost completely useless) my order was lost, only after 17 days was it communicated to me, after receiving an email asking me if I preferred a reship or a refund I asked for the package to be sent back to me. I replied 2 days ago and I still haven't had a response to find out if my package will ever be delivered to me. I also report that this was an important order for me to have by a certain date. on the other hand I hope it was a particular and isolated case, as I said before I had already placed orders in the past and the clothes are very good!

as expected My package arrived today 04/01/2024! obviously the quality of the clothes is excellent, I was told that it should have arrived on the 8th but it arrived well in advance! I am satisfied. I am correcting my review from 2 stars to 5!

My package was ordered on 12/14 and processed on 12/15. Their website says for Holiday shipping worldwide it was going to take 4-7 business days, and it has been over that. I wasn’t able to get my gift to my Husband in time for Christmas. The tracking page with Fedex still shows that it has not even been picked up yet from the store and today is 12/29. I’ve reached out to LFDY and have not heard anything back.

Issue with the delivery.
