12 months Game Pass Ultimate
Bought 12 months Game Pass Ultimate, about 30 minutes later I got an e-mail that my codes were ready.
Had trouble redeeming one code and contacted customer service who were very kind and helpful.
It turns out that the problem was due to Microsoft and it was automatically resolved within 12 hours.
Very satisfied with my purchase.
