Activation stopped - no help from them

I have purchased an MS Office key from them. The installation and activation were difficult, but I eventually got it working. After three months, there was an issue where the activation expired, despite it being sold as a "lifetime" license. They issued another key that worked, but today the same issue occurred. Office is stating that the environment has changed because I upgraded the SSD, and the activation stopped.

This time, they refused to help and ignored me. It is not very nice and not what I paid for; avoid them.

I have now blocked your email address and I do not need your help. I have purchased a clear, legal, and working key from a different source.

You are unfair; your keys are not suitable for general use and they deactivate or expire every time you update your hardware or your OS.

"Keys being affected"—that is very nicely put. Actually, they fail to work and you turn away when asked for customer help. This lifetime key failed two times and you are taking no responsibility. As I have said, you have failed me and I have blocked you. I will no longer require your services. All the best.

We have thoroughly reviewed your transactions from yesterday. Out of the five orders placed, only one was successfully completed.

For the Finished transaction we have resent the link for your code to your email address.

All other orders are Canceled/No payment received.

To clarify, when an order is "Pending," your bank places a temporary authorization hold on the funds. Because these orders were canceled, we did not capture those funds. Your bank will automatically release this hold, though it may take a few business days to reflect in your balance.

We have sent a separate email with a full breakdown of these transactions to ensure this is resolved to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, digital codes are non-refundable once they have been delivered or viewed, as they are considered "used" and cannot be returned to our stock.

Please keep these safety tips in mind:

Verify the Source: Be very cautious of anyone on Discord or other social media asking for gift cards as payment or for "verification."

Protect Your Code: Never share a gift card code or a screenshot of it with someone you do not know personally.

We also recommend reporting the person's account to Discord to help protect others.

Got less than I paid for

Bought 50 usd Netflix. Got 2x20 usd instead. Had used livecards previously with zero problems so I suspect this is a specific merchant issue.

Scam company that will sign you up for spam

After leaving this review my purchase was emailed to me. (About 3 weeks late)
Infuriatingly because it was a few weeks late it was useless to me. The whole reason I had purchased the gift card was to buy something on sale which was no longer on sale by the time I received the gift card. Total waste of my time and money and I'm still being spammed.
Now because they eventually delivered the product I can't even claim my money back from PayPal.

I deeply regret ever using these people.

Scam company! Be warned!

I purchased a £50 PlayStation voucher for around £45. I thought I was getting a bargain instead I just got scammed out of £45

They never sent the digital voucher to me and I've had to go to PayPal to get my money back.

Even worse they spam me constantly trying to get me to fall for another one of their scams.
They do not offer away to unsubscribe you just have to use manual inbuilt email settings to filter out the constant flood of spam invitations to be scammed again.

Use these people only if you want to lose your money and then be constantly updating your spam filters to try and get them to stop spamming you.

Non-working Xbox key, no refund

I bought an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate key from Livecard.net on March 20, 2026. The key was advertised to work in Finland / EU, but when I tried to redeem it on Xbox I got an error message saying that the code cannot be redeemed in my region. I have contacted customer support several times and after two weeks I still have not received a working key, and they refuse to refund my purchase. I cannot recommend this service – I did not receive the product I paid for.

Update – 3 April: 
Regarding Arthur’s reply: I have provided screenshots, the order number, the keys—everything they requested. Arthur is fully aware of this, as I have been in direct contact with him.

Update – 10 April: After countless emails I finally got working keys. Thank you for this, but I can’t be entirely happy after all this hassle.
