Signed up to watch video from my…

Signed up to watch video from my weekend hockey tournament. They have advertisements all over the rink promoting the service. I signed up for 26 bucks per month only to find that the cameras were off and not working. I asked for a refund and they refused. Had to call my credit card company and waste 30 mins of my time disputing the transaction.

This was one of the worst things I have…

This was one of the worst things I have ever signed up for. I finally canceled after several months. I got it to watch my grandson play hockey when we were unable to attend a game. Not only can you only see your team maybe 25% of the time, you only get a portion of them on the ice. Camera just goes back and forth from either end points to the advertisements points to the stands. I missed everything. It's absolutely the worst! And this is not just me talking., Several other people in my family have had exactly the same experience.
What a rip off.
This website only lets you pick ONE day to complain about, but everyday that we tried to view was awful. We had the same experience in every arena no matter where it was. Avoid this "experience" at all costs

Vid Quality Sucks

I will give LB two stars. It's cool to be able to watch events when you are not able to attend. However, the video quality is terrible and hasn't been updated in years. I'm guessing it's 720p and 15 fps. It's very expensive and continues to become more and more expensive. I'm not a fan but it's a necessary evil in some situations.

No service- took my money- Disputing with cc compnay

Bought a month long sunsrcibtion to watch one game. Went to the rink to view. and saw Technical difficulties. Requested a refund right away and they give me 3 automated emails back. After the 4th, I get this:

We are unable to issue a refund in situations beyond our control. This includes if a venue chooses not to broadcast, incompatibility with personal devices or networks, errors we cannot replicate, and similar instances. As indicated in both our 'FAQ' subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

My reply: Except when you fail to provide the said service that the customer pays for. Expect a chargeback. Start fighting back, Call your creditcards and request s adispute! Only way these folks can stop stealing our $.

Video quality is horrible

Video quality is horrible. Depending on the rink (most), there are connection issues that make games unwatchable. Unresponsive and useless customer support.

Livebarn is horrible

The company has horrible customer service. The cameras dont work and I cant watch my son's hockey game. Their response "Where possible, we first try to solve potential issues remotely, however it's important to note that this is not always possible. In those situations we may require multiple parties to resolve it and this may cause delays. As each situation is unique, we're unable to provide an ETA for when service will be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience."

I pay a monthly fee, like $30. This is a scam! If they can't provide the product (live video of a game when the game happens), they should credit their customers.

Subscriber beware, very rigid and unforgiving!

I mistakenly subscribed for a months service, but after just a few minutes quickly realized my mistake, what I wanted was a different service. When I asked for a refund, it was summarily denied even after explaining my error and not using any of the service. Not at all reasonable! Beware!!

Live&VODs are not available

Live and VOD content are not actually accessible. The Facebook and Instagram “demo” clips are just that—demos—and you won’t be able to watch the specific games you want.
