LiveAgent has been a great addition to my school's environment.
My school recently separated from the church that was hosting us and we needed a new ticketing system as we were using the church's system before the split.
LiveAgent is super intuitive and easy to use, I highly recommend it. Their support was very helpful in the setup and the initial configuration of the ticketing system.

We switched to Live Agent
We switched to Live Agent from a competing help desk and we have been very pleased with the software performance and all of the features it encompasses. Tags are such a small detail to all that Live Agent holds, but they are a very convenient way to organize your tickets and we use them every day. We also utilize the Knowledge Base feature and love the convenience it offers both to us to be able to easily upload information and to our customers to be able to find the answers to the questions they have.

LiveAgent was just what we needed!
We had been using a similar email software that had stopped forwarding email replies from customers to us, so we missed a lot of important correspondence from subscribers. When that company couldn't fix the issue we moved over to LiveAgent which has even better features and no forwarding issue, which was exactly what we needed!

This software is really worth the monthly fee
The company that I work for has implemented this software recently and has enabled me to work from home.
You can access the chat, email, and calls features from just one webpage, which helps me be more efficient and provide better customer service to our customers.
One thing that I don't like is that I am not able to call two numbers at the same time, but I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent ticketing system
I love using liveagent. Having a good, ticketed system makes life much easier. Our response times to customers has improved as we can implement SLA's and also postpone tickets to push through to us again to chase for a resolution, and all of the team can work together in one place. It is also good that all correspondence with customers and suppliers such as calls, chats and emails is all held in the same place and we can merge tickets if the customer contacts us on a new string but about the same issue, which really helps to keep track of where we are with any issues.

Simple Integration
The ease of which we were able to integrate there API v3 system in to our site, this is a major step forward for us and has removed the errors we got from our previous system where it was email based.
The I-pad app needs a little bit of work to bring it up to the web based version status.

I cannot express enough how simple this software is to navigate. I have NO complaints. We started using Live Agent about 3 months ago and have had no issues. I have worked with logging softwares in the past and nothing compares to Live Agent.
