I ordered a back brace and did not open…

I ordered a back brace and did not open the bag in any way and wanted to return it but they refused to return it.Their return policy states it must be unopened and I met that criteria but they still refused to refund or even deal with the return.One big rip off!

No exchange policy, Deceptive Charges

No exchange policy. I had to re buy jacket in different size, but price had gone up 10%. They said I was SOL. If I didn't re buy item, 20% restocking fee. So I bought second jacket at higher price, had to pay shipping to return original, and they also deducted initial shipping cost from return amount. And yes, their customer service sucks. I have co-workers who really liked the float coat and wanted to know where to buy it. I told them anyone but Live Action Safety. They could have had 2 or 3 more customers. Dumb business.

These guys are straight up crooks

These guys are straight up crooks. It is just statistically impossible for the UPS or USPS to lose so many packages of the same company. The story is the same you buy merchandise, they charge you for shipping, and then mysteriously the package is lost and now that is your problem not theirs. Apparently they have somewhere written in their policies.

Spent over a thousand dollars for my…

Spent over a thousand dollars for my Volunteer Fire Department to be sent only half of my order, the thing I needed the MOST they are claiming was mailed to me but never arrived. Customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst experience ! I now see I am not alone in that SEVERAL people here are being charged for items they did not receive!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Placed a order, it was shipped via USPS. When I received the package it was empty and the box had a big hole torn in it, which had been taped up. LAS chose the shipper not me.
Contacted LAS, was told I would have to wait for the claim to be settled before a refund could be issued. If I still needed items, I would have to resubmit, and pay for another order.
Have to say I'm very disappointed in the service this company offers it's customers.

Don't Deal With These People

Oh boy, do I agree with everybody else. These guys are totally dishonest and to be avoided at all cost. They charged me for an order, then later sent me an email saying it was out of stock for weeks. They could have told me up front, but that's who these guys are. Also, I love their customer service line that say they'll return my phone call at THEIR convenience. Borderline fraud--don't deal with them.

Terrible Customer Service (Again!!) Cost Them a $35,000 Sale

I'd given them negative stars if I could. I emailed a request for a quote for a $35,000 purchase. Sent an Excel spreadsheet of the items I needed with my emailed request. Customer service emailed me that it had to be in a .pdf file format. Sent a .pdf file. Was told to look up the prices myself on their website. Replied my client need a quote on their form. Was told they don't do quotes and that they won't do my job for me. Why offer quotes if they do not do them and then insult their potential customers with rude and very unprofessional behavior? They are a terrible company to try and buy from. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 64 years! How is this company still in business??

Do not do business with this Company

Do not do business with this Company. They list items for one price process your credit card then tell you that it is unavailable at that price . They have a scam going listing a product at one price then try to charge you and additional $300.00 for the same product. Very rude over the phone.

These jerks sent us something that was either mis-delivered or lost. Either way we did not get it and they are trying to tell me that it was delivered when clearly it was NOT. Rather than re-sending or giving us a refund on a few IV catheters they are simply telling me that I am SOL because I did not choose to get insurance for this. RUDE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID.

Joey is the worst

Joey, the owner of LAS is quite possibly one of the rudest individuals on the planet. I would never recommend doing any kind of business with this company. The absolute worst in the entire business.

returning items and they charge you a 20% restocking fee (for unopened items). Deal with a better company, other options out there for what they sell. Despite spending close 1K, they still charge 20% restocking fee. - biggest scam as they will tell you "its in the terms and conditions" part. AVOID.

Bad policies, worse communication

I ordered a few chest decomp needles for $10 each and shipping was going to be about $8. I threw in another $1.90 in other little things I could use a top up on. Apparently, despite no notice on the website, they were out of the chest decomp needles. They proceeded to, without any communication, cancel my order for the needles and just send the $1.90 in other items - along with about $8 in shipping fee. This was never actually communicated to me, however. I saw the shipping for the other item and that it had shipped, so I called to see if they were just back ordered on the needles. The guy on the phone told me it was too late to cancel the order, but they had cancelled out the needles and simply billed me for about $10 (about $8 of which was shipping) and sent the other items anyway.

I had also selected USPS box as the shipping method - a slight upcharge from the base envelope shipping. This was so the plastic items would not risk being crushed. Of course, they for some reason sent the items in the envelope instead of a box.

Overall wish they'd just communicated to me so I could've cancelled entirely before it shipped, or put the item they were out of stock on on back order. Paying about $8 to ship $1.90 in items sounds stupid. If I hadn't called and asked, I never would've even known that they were simply never going to send the item I had ordered and thought that I had paid for.

What a mess!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and terrible employees. I placed an $800 order for an item listed as in stock. A few hours later, I received an email saying there was an issue with my order and I had to call the sales dept. to even determine what the issue is. I asked several specific questions via email but got no answer except that I had to call the sales dept. and the issue could only be discussed over the phone with a sales rep and that they would call me back right away. They did not call and when I called them, they said the item was out of stock and the only option I had was to buy a different unit that cost about $1000.00 more. I said that was not my only option as I could cancel the order. The guy agreed to to do that and then called me an a**hole, for no reason. I had not been rude or used any profanity before their low class representative called me an a**hole. This company purposely does not have accurate in stock information and uses that as a way to try and force you into buying a much more expensive item.

They can't package properly. Blames customer.

Company shipped with zero packaging on an order of a dozen bags of IV fluids for over $200. One bag burst in transit and, after fulfilling their request for a number of photos and several emails, they replied "Looks like you opted out of shipping insurance so there is nothing we can do to help you."

They could have just sent the overpriced item ($15) and created a repeat customer. But nope. Don't deal with these people. I certainly won't.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!! Do NOT purchase anything from them! They will charge you for returns, the rep I spoke with said it would be best if I never bought anything from them again.... Hope the owner of this company is aware of how their customers are being treated.

By far the worst customer service I…

By far the worst customer service I have ever received ordering online.

I ordered some products that were supposed to be delivered on a Monday. Just before that Monday I noticed that the carrier was bouncing the package back and forward between the same two distribution locations. I waited a couple more days until the package is now 4 days late to send them an email. I explained that the package continues to bounce back and forward between the same distribution locations and asked if they can contact the shipper.

Their immediate response was "no, that's your job not ours"

I explained their job was to get me the package I ordered and only after several email soaking a couple days and I felt I had no option other than to call my credit card company, did they get involved and open a ticket with a carrier.

When the package finally arrived several more days later, they wrote me an email notify me of delivery. In that same email, and a couple more that followed, I was called "inpatient", "lazy", and lastly "mentally incapable"

I only wish I would have seen all the similar reviews on Facebook and elsewhere before I gave them my money.
