One of the few supplements I actually felt working

I’ve tried a lot of magnesium supplements over the years, but Live 5AM’s Magnesium L-Threonate has been one of the few that I’ve actually noticed a difference with. After a couple of weeks, I felt more relaxed in the evenings, fell asleep faster, and woke up feeling more refreshed. I also appreciate that it’s made in Canada and carries an NPN license, which gives me confidence in the quality. Ordering was easy and delivery was faster than expected. Definitely a product I’ll keep using.

I would highly recommend

I would highly recommend. You don’t often find a product that the owner of it actually cares to have an exceptional product to serve their customers. But Live 5AM is one of those unique brands.

I've been taking Ashwagandha+ by Live…

I've been taking Ashwagandha+ by Live 5AM for a while now, and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality. The combination of ashwagandha, L-theanine, and magnesium works really well together. I noticed I feel calmer, more focused throughout the day, and my sleep quality has also improved.
The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it's made in Canada with a high-potency ashwagandha extract. Everything from the packaging to the product quality feels premium.
Overall, this has become part of my daily routine, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stress and wellness supplement. Great product from Live 5AM!
